We’ve updated our Customer Service Agreements to reflect our new brand and fee changes. These changes come into effect from 19 July 2018. Keep reading to see what’s changed for you and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

What’s changed?

Everyday accounts

New product name and brand

Your CityLink Everyday account is now called a Linkt Everyday account.

There have been some changes to our fees and charges:

  • We’ve reduced the tag non-return fee from $55 to $15
  • We’ve removed the minimum annual payment
  • We’ve reduced the No Tag in Vehicle fee from $0.75 to $0.55
  • We’ve reduced the amount that you pay us to open your account from $50 credit per tag to $25 credit per account

From 1 September 2018 there will be a small Payment Card Surcharge on all account payments made by an accepted credit or debit card (including MasterCard and Visa). This surcharge already applies to payments made with an American Express or Diners Club card. This is a straight pass through of costs from our financial institution. To avoid this fee, you can set up your account to process your payments via direct debit from your preferred bank account.

We’ve also made some other minor alterations to the terms and fees. You can view your updated Everyday account Customer Service Agreement here (effective 19 July 2018).

Access accounts

New product name and brand

Your CityLink Access account is now called a Linkt Access account.

There have been some changes to our fees and charges:

  • We’ve reduced the Vehicle Matching Fee on CityLink from $0.75 to $0.55

From 1 September 2018 there will be a small Payment Card Surcharge on all account payments made by an accepted credit or debit card (including MasterCard and Visa). This surcharge already applies to payments made with an American Express or Diners Club card. This is a straight pass through of costs from our financial institution. To avoid this fee, you can set up your account to process your payments via direct debit from your preferred bank account.

Melbourne Pass

New brand

Your CityLink Melbourne Pass is now a Linkt Melbourne Pass.

New expiry

While you'll no longer be able to extend your pass past the new 30 day expiry, we'll honour any existing expiry dates so you're good to go.

There have been some changes to our fees and charges:

  • We’ve reduced the Vehicle Matching Fee on CityLink from $0.75 to $0.55

Your CityLink Pass is now called a Linkt Pass. The Linkt Pass covers your CityLink 24 Hour Pass, CityLink Weekend Pass and CityLink 24 Hour Tulla Pass.

Your CityLink Anonymous account (Full Registration Number) is now called a Linkt Anonymous account (Full Registration Number) and your CityLink Anonymous account (Partial Registration Number) is now called a Linkt Anonymous account (Partial Registration Number).

  • We’ve reduced the tag non-return fee from $55 to $15

  • We’ve reduced the amount which you pay us to open your Account from $50 credit per tag to $25 credit per account
