Need help logging into your Linkt (previously CityLink) account?

You can access your Linkt account (previously CityLink) using your existing username and password. If you haven’t logged in for a while, you might not have a username, but follow these simple steps to set one up.

You now need a username and password to log in and access your account online. You can create a username and password online.

How do I create my username and password?

To create a username, you'll need:

  • Your email address and
  • Your PIN – this is the 6 to 8-digit number you chose when you set up your account
  • Your Linkt account number – if you had a CityLink account, this is the same number and 
  • Your PIN – this is the 6 to 8-digit number you chose when you set up your account

When you have these things handy, visit the Create username page and we'll guide you through a few easy steps. If you’ve forgotten your PIN you'll need to reset it now to complete the process. At the end of the process, you'll be logged in to your account. We'll also send you an email confirming your new username.
