We’ve announced changes to the support provided under our Toll Credit Program.

We know that this a difficult time for many of our customers. The impacts of COVID-19 are being felt across our communities, changing the way we work, connect and travel. We want you to know that we’re here to support you.

That’s why we’ve been evolving our support initiatives throughout the crisis. It’s really important to us that we provide support to our customers who need it most.

What’s changed?

The Toll Credit Program supporting customers who have been impacted by COVID-19 through unemployment, significantly reduced hours or income has been extended until 31 December 2020. Credits will be available for travel from 1 October through to 31 December 2020. Customers currently receiving support via our Toll Credit Program need to submit a new application to receive toll credits from 1 October to the end of this year.

The Program is also still open for applications to receive credits for travel from 1 July - 30 September.

Eligible Frontline workers supporting the COVID-19 response during Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria can also apply for the Program to receive toll credits for the duration of Stage 4 restrictions (which commenced 2 August). This change acknowledges the important contribution Frontline workers are making in high-risk environments during these challenging times. This support is available until 28 September.
