We're committed to improving the experience for our customers, whether online or on road. One of these improvements included an update to our website which changed the way you log in to your account.
Previously you were able to log in using your account number or User ID and PIN. With the new login process you need to use a unique username and password instead.
Already have a User ID?
If you already have a User ID you've been using to log in to your account, there's no need to set up a new username. Your User ID was migrated to our new system and will act as your username. We’ve also migrated all your account details.
If you don’t have a User ID/username you can create one online.
To create your new username, you'll need your account number or email address and PIN. When you have these ready, visit the create username page and we'll guide you through a few easy steps. And don’t worry if you've forgotten your PIN—you’ll still be able to complete the process.
You can choose any username, provided it’s at least 3 characters long and hasn’t been selected by another user. If your preferred username is unavailable, you'll be asked to choose something different.
At the end of the process, you'll be logged in to your account. We'll also send you an email confirming your new username.
The newer login process makes account management easier. You can self-serve with the 'find my username' function and simpler password resets. This means you don't need to call if you get locked out of your account.
It's also allowed us to improve your online experience with new account management features and digital products like the Linkt app and LinktGO product.
