We’ve updated our Commercial Account Customer Service Agreements to reflect new fee reductions.

What's changed?

Commercial accounts

Some fees and charges have been reduced:

  • the tag deposit is now $15 (was $40) for any new or replacement tags ordered
  • the non-return fee, which applies to tags that are not returned if you close your account, or if your tag is lost or damaged, is now $15 (was $40)
  • a $3.30 additional invoice fee will apply to additional invoices requested (previously $3.60)
