Changes to our Customer Service Agreements

We’ve updated our Customer Service Agreements to reflect our new brand, product names, fee reductions and admin changes.

Existing e-TAG accounts are now known as Tag accounts and what was the Visitor’s e-PASS is now known as the Sydney Pass. Commercial accounts are still called Commercial accounts.

These changes come into effect from 17 May 2017. Check below to see what’s changed for you and if you have any questions, get in touch with us.

Disruptions to radio rebroadcasting

Due to improvement works of the Radio Rebroadcast system in the Dacey Todman Tunnel (Eastern Distributor Motorway) motorists may experience some disruptions to UHF and FM radio stations that are currently rebroadcast within the tunnel.
