Examples of evidence include photographs, dashcam footage, maps or a sketch of the incident location, names and contact details of other witnesses. Please ensure documents are marked to clearly identify the incident details. Insufficient detail may lead to delay during the investigation. Max file size 10MB. If you are claiming an amount, this must be evidenced by at least two quotes for repair from a reputable business or a copy of the invoice after having the repairs completed (only reasonable costs will be considered).

If you have made a claim with your insurer, you cannot also claim from Transurban.  If your insurer considers Transurban to be liable for this incident, your insurer can attempt to recover the cost of the claim from Transurban on your behalf.
