We’re making some improvements to our systems in July that will bring our customers better experiences and make managing your Linkt account easier.
These changes include a new-look website to give you easier access to important account details—like your statements, trips, vehicles, and payment info.
The way some customers will pay for toll road trips is also changing—including improved daily payments for our post-paid customers.
Our Customer Service Agreements (CSA) are being updated to reflect these changes. You can review the updated agreements via the links below:
- Commercial Account Customer Service Agreement (effective 7 July 2022)
From 7 July, this agreement will also apply to existing Taxi Owner and Motor Trader accounts. - Prepaid Account Customer Service Agreement (effective 7 July 2022)
From 7 July, this agreement will also apply to existing Everyday, Taxi Driver, Taxi Driver PAYG and Anonymous accounts. - Postpaid Account Customer Service Agreement (effective 7 July 2022)
From 7 July, this agreement will also apply to existing Everyday PAYG and Access accounts. - Visitor’s Pass Customer Service Agreement (effective 7 July 2022)
From 7 July, this agreement will replace the existing Melbourne Pass Customer Service Agreement. - Passes Customer Service Agreement (effective 7 July 2022)
