We’re updating our Customer Service Agreements (CSA)

Our account Customer Service Agreements (CSA) have been updated to include additional information related to:

  • how we identify and close inactive accounts, and
  • how debit and credit balances are managed when an account is closed.

These changes apply to our Tag, Tagless and Commercial accounts, and are effective immediately. You can review the updated agreements below:
