The countdown to Run for the Kids is on! Whether you run, walk or roll – come join us on Sunday 17 March for the 2024 Herald Sun/Transurban Run for the Kids.
To support the Herald Sun/Transurban Run for the Kids, there will be road closures in place around CityLink and the West Gate Freeway on Sunday 17 March.

Want to join us on the big day? By signing up for the 4.7km or 14.4km course, you’ll have the chance to soak up spectacular views of Melbourne from the top of the Bolte Bridge.
Most importantly, you will also help us raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
Remember you don’t even need to run - you can come along with family and friends for a scenic walk or volunteer on the day to help make a difference.
