How can we help?

Low balance alerts

If you top up your account balance manually, you’ll need to keep an eye on your balance and top up your account so you’re covered for travel. Otherwise, your account may be suspended and you could be charged additional fees. You can set a low balance alert to remind you when your balance is getting low and it's time to top up.

Change your low balance alert

Manually top up your toll road account when needed. Set low balance reminders to avoid toll road charges.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select 'Payment details'

  3. Select 'manual top-up' and your low balance alert amount. Then select 'set up'.

  4. Follow the prompts to receive payment confirmation.

Low balance

If you're topping up manually, it's important to do so before your balance runs out. If you travel after your balance runs out you may receive a toll invoice and charged additional fees. When your balance is low, your tag will warn you by beeping 3 times whenever you pass through a toll point.

  1. Open the Linkt app and log in
  2. Select ‘Manage auto top-up'
  3. Select ‘Change’
  4. Tap ‘Manual top up’
  5. Choose your low balance alert amount
  6. Choose whether you’d like to receive a push notification when your balance is low
  7. Tap ‘Save’

Switch to auto top up

One way to make sure you always have a positive balance is to pay with auto top up. Instead of just receiving an alert, your account will automatically top up when you reach the top up trigger amount.
