How to switch your account to Linkt
Making the switch to Linkt is easy and comes with all sorts of benefits. All you need to do is cancel your account with your current provider and open an account with us.

How to switch to Linkt
You first need to close your account with EastLink.
To cancel your EastLink account
Visit the EastLink account payment page and select the “Cancel” option. If you have any tags with this account, make sure you return them to avoid any additional charges. You can also call EastLink customer service at (03) 9955 1400 during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Opening a Linkt account
Once you’re ready, discover and choose an account that suits you. It’s that easy!
You’ll need the following information:
- Contact details (name, address, email, and phone number)
- Licence plate number
- ·Make and model of at least one vehicle
- Your credit card details for payment
