Find your username

  1. On the log in screen, select Find username
    screen
  2. Enter either your email address, mobile phone number or Linkt account number
  3. Choose to receive your username by SMS or email
  4. Check your messages. 

Reset your password

  1. On the log in screen, select Reset password
    screen
  2. Enter your username and click 'Reset password'
  3. You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS or an email reset link within a few minutes
  4. Follow the instructions in the SMS or email and enter the verification code when prompted
  5. Enter and confirm your new password

Note: SMS validation codes are valid for 5 minutes, and email reset codes are valid for 1 hour.

Find your username

  1. Open the Linkt app
  2. Select ‘Log in’
  3. Select ‘Forgotten your login details?’
  4. Select ‘Forgotten username’ and follow the username reset prompts
  5. Enter your email address, mobile number or account number to verify your identity

Reset your password 

  1. Open the Linkt app
  2. Select ‘Log in’
  3. Select ‘Forgotten your login details?’
  4. Select ‘Forgotten password’ and enter your username
  5. Enter the validation code sent to you by SMS and set your new password. You can also choose to receive an email reset link instead

If you can't reset or recover your logins by SMS or email, please contact Linkt customer care.

Make a payment without logging in to your account

You can also make a quick payment without logging in to your account. All you need is your account or pass number, and a credit or debit card to make the payment.
