Claim the M5 South-West Cashback
With the M5 South-West Cashback scheme, eligible NSW residents can receive a quarterly rebate for trips on the M5 South-West Motorway.

We’ll email you when your quarterly Cashback statement is ready. Then, you can lodge your cashback claim online.
You may not have received a Cashback statement if:
- There is a problem with your Cashback Scheme registration
- You didn't travel on the M5 South-West Motorway during that period
- It isn't yet due
Cashback statements are issued quarterly and are separate from your Tag and Tagless account statements.

Lodge your cashback claim
- Log in to your Linkt account
- Select ‘Cashback and rebates’ from the menu
- On the Cashback and rebates screen, select ‘Submit a claim’
- A secure Transport for NSW Cashback Online Claim site will open in a new window. Follow the steps to submit your claim online.
Note: You can’t submit a Cashback claim from the Linkt app. If you search for 'Cashback' on the Linkt app, the search results will direct you to the steps above.
Online claims are usually processed within 7 working days. Emailed and postal claims are generally processed within 20 working days.
