How do I add a vehicle on a Commercial account?
If you need to add more than 20 vehicles to your account, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
Otherwise you can add vehicles online by following these steps:
- Log into your account
- Select Vehicles
- Select Add vehicle
- Enter the vehicle's licence plate number, state of registration, make, model and fleet ID (if applicable)
- Check that the right vehicle class appears beside your vehicle (in some cases you may need to manually enter the correct vehicle class)
- If you used the vehicle to travel on a toll road in the last 10 days, you can backdate* the vehicle's start date to cover these trips
- To add another vehicle, click Add another vehicle or select Save and add vehicles to complete the process
It’s worth noting that newly-added vehicles are not automatically provided with a new tag. A no tag in vehicle fee will apply for each trip the newly-added vehicle makes without a tag.
If you would like your vehicle to have it’s own tag, you’ll need to order a new one or allocate an existing tag to the vehicle.
*Your Tag, Tagless or Commercial account can cover trips made up to 10 days ago on all toll roads in NSW or Victoria except for the Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel (NSW) or EastLink (Victoria). To pay for past travel on these roads, you'll need to buy a separate pass. You can cover trips made up to 9 days ago in Queensland.
