Order a replacement tag
You can order a replacement tag if:
- Your tag is faulty (for example, your tag doesn’t beep when you pass a toll point)
- Your tag is lost or stolen
- You received the wrong tag for your vehicle class (if this happens, contact us to let us know and send the wrong tag back)
If you have multiple vehicles linked to your account, you can order 1 tag for each vehicle on your account. It may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your tag from the day you placed the order.

If you travel without a working tag
If you travel without a tag in your vehicle, or the tag is faulty, you can still travel on toll roads. Just make sure your licence plate number is linked to your account to avoid receiving a toll invoice. You may be charged a video matching fee when you travel without a working tag.
Video matching fee refunds
We'll refund any video matching fees incurred for travel without a tag from 90 days before to 21 days after you report a tag isn't working. You must send the tag back within 21 days to be eligible for the video matching fee refunds.
The fee refund is available for one vehicle only and is processed after we receive your old tag.
