A statutory declaration is a written statement, witnessed and signed by an 'authorised person' (a legal practitioner or a Justice of the Peace).
You may need a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice.
For Individual ownership
- You need a separate statutory declaration for each toll notice if there was a different driver.
For Company ownership
- One Company statutory declaration can be used if a company has multiple toll notices, as long as it’s for the one vehicle licence plate number, and only one person is being nominated for all the tolls. Otherwise a separate statutory declaration is needed for each toll notice.
