Log in to your account.
Select Tags and holders from the menu
Select Order additional tags
Specify the required number
Select Place tag order
Review your order, then click Submit
Tap the My Account tab
Tap Tags
Tap Order Tag / Tag Holder,
select Tag and follow the prompts
Repeat these steps if you require an additional tag for another vehicle.
Your new tag is good to go on all Australian toll roads as soon as it arrives. Just drive through any toll point to activate it.
Travel while waiting for your tag
Your tag can take 7-10 business days to arrive.
You can still travel on toll roads while waiting for your tag to arrive. Just make sure you add your vehicle to your account and you’re covered for travel. You will be charged a video matching fee when you travel without a working tag.
Once you receive your tag, make sure it is correctly installed, then you’re good to go.
