If you travelled on a Brisbane toll road more than 9 days ago and don’t have an account or pass, you should receive a toll invoice in the mail. It can take up to 4 weeks after you travel for a toll invoice to be sent.

Toll invoices are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle and will include the cost of your tolls plus additional fees.

  • How do I avoid getting another toll invoice?

How do I avoid getting another toll invoice?

Avoiding toll invoices is easy. All you need to do is make sure you have a valid pass or an active Linkt account.

Every toll invoice includes the cost of your travel and a toll invoice fee that covers the cost of producing and sending the invoice. You don’t need to pay the fee if you open an account or buy a pass.

If you don't have an account

You'll need to buy a pass. If you're a frequent user of toll roads, you might like to consider opening an account.

    If you have an account

Avoid toll invoices by making sure that:

    • your Linkt account isn't suspended
    • your payment details are up to date
    • your tag is functioning and correctly installed

You can check your account status by logging in online or listening to your tag's beeps as you pass through a toll point. Learn more about tag beeps.

We can send you notifications that give you the same information as a tag beep.

  • What is my vehicle class?

    What is my vehicle class?

The class of your vehicle determines the tolls you pay. Vehicle class is determined by certain attributes such as use, vehicle size, construction design, and weight/mass.

If your vehicle’s purpose of use, make, model or ownership changes, it’s your responsibility to let us know. If you don’t, higher tolls may be charged to your account.
