After the competition draw, the winners will be contacted by email which will include a link to book in their validation video call.
To claim their prize, winners will need to join a validation video call with a Transurban employee which will go for approximately 15 minutes. Winners will book in via the online booking system. They will need their camera on, a microphone function and high-speed internet for the validation video call. During the validation video call, winners will need to show proof that they are fully vaccinated by showing either:
A Transurban employee will sight either the winner’s COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement to confirm that they are fully vaccinated. Winners shouldn’t send any documents as we don’t want to collect or store any health information—any documents that are sent to us will be immediately destroyed or deleted. Once the winner’s vaccination status has been validated, they will receive their prize.
Validation video call for Commercial and Commercial Rental Accounts
The primary or secondary account holder that entered the competition and won the prize will need to attend the video call to validate they’re fully vaccinated.
COVID-19 booster shot validation
In the validation video call, first or second prize winners will need to show their immunisation history statement as proof of receiving their booster dose. They won’t be able to show their vaccination certificate as proof.

Different names on Medicare and Linkt accounts
If a winner’s name on their Medicare account is different to the name on their Linkt account, they’ll need to show additional forms of documentation to verify their identity.
Legal name changes
Winners will need to show the relevant document confirming the legal name change, e.g., a marriage certificate or change of name certificate.
Non-legal name change
Winners will need to show their driver's licence, or any other form of government-issued identification that includes both their legal name and address, so it can be matched to their Linkt account.
First prize winner of the electric Hyundai Kona Elite
The car will be delivered to the winner’s nearest Hyundai dealership. Once we’ve validated the winner’s eligibility, we will arrange a suitable pickup day and time. It may take up to eight weeks for the car to be delivered to the dealership after the draw. The colour of the car is white.
For Commercial or Commercial Rental Accounts, the electric Hyundai Kona will be put in the business name, not the account holder that entered the competition.
Second prize winner of a year’s worth of toll travel
A year’s worth of toll travel (valued at $9,000) will be applied to the winner’s Linkt account in two instalments of $4,500. After the first instalment, once the account balance reaches $100, the second instalment of $4,500 will be applied. The toll credit is applied to the winner’s account only— meaning it can’t be transferred to another account.
For Commercial or Commercial Rental account, a year’s worth of toll travel will be applied (in the same process as above) to the Commercial or Commercial Rental account. Toll credits cannot be transferred to any other account, including the winner’s personal consumer account.
Third prize winners of the $100 toll credits
Toll credits will be applied in one sum to the winner’s account within one month of validating the winner’s eligibility. The toll credits won't expire. The toll credit can’t be transferred to another account.
For Commercial or Commercial Rental account winners, the $100 toll credit will be applied (in the same process above) to the Commercial or Commercial Rental account. Toll credits can’t be transferred to any other account, including the winner’s personal consumer account.
Prize allocation per account
Only one prize can be allocated per account and in the instance where both the primary and secondary contact are winners—the prize of the higher value will be awarded.

Commercial and Commercial Rental Accounts
To be eligible to enter, Commercial and Commercial Rental accounts need to have spent less than $50,000 on tolls in 2021, meaning from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2021.
At the time of the competition draw on the 24 March 2022, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated means you’ve received the required doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. You aren’t required to have received a booster dose to enter. If you’ve received a booster dose, you’ll receive an extra entry. You can enter before you're fully vaccinated if you'll be fully vaccinated by the draw date. Vaccinations should be undertaken on the advice of a health practitioner.
About opting in
To be eligible, you’ll need to stay opted in to receive Linkt promotional communications until the draw date, 24 March 2022. By opting in, you’ll hear about Linkt Customer Rewards, fuel discounts, and receive the latest community and industry news from Linkt. If you aren’t opted in, you can subscribe on the entry form. If you opt out before the draw, you’ll no longer be eligible to win a prize under this competition.
Previous competition rounds
If you entered the previous competition rounds ‘It’s Your Shot to Win’ (November 2021) and ’Queensland, It’s Your Shot to Win’ (December 2021) and didn’t win a prize, you can enter the ‘Boost Your Shot to Win’ competition.
Prize winners from the previous competition rounds are not eligible to enter this competition.
COVID-19 booster vaccine
If a winner selects ‘yes’ to having received their booster vaccine but hasn’t had their booster by the draw date, they will be disqualified from the competition and not eligible to win a prize.
