How to enter

Simply fill out the entry form using the Linkt app and you’re in the draw. It’s too easy! You must be a resident of NSW or QLD and have an active Linkt toll account with no outstanding toll invoices when entries for that fortnightly competition close. An active account is an account that is not suspended. If you have a suspended account, make sure you reactivate it by topping up so you’re eligible to win.

    How many times can I enter? 

    You can enter once a fortnight for the eight weeks of the competition. That’s four entries in total. 

     

    How many prizes can I win? 

    You can win one prize per fortnightly draw. 

     

    How long does the competition run for?   

    The competition runs fortnightly for eight weeks, starting 12pm AEDT 15 December 2025 and closes 11.59am AEDT 9 February 2026. 

     

    How do I get an extra entry into the draw? 

    Visit the Rewards hub on the Linkt app and click on the $500K summer giveaway competition banner and then follow the prompts.  

     

    When are the fortnightly draws? 

    Entries for each fortnightly draw open at 12pm AEDT and close at 11.59am AEDT on the dates outlined in the table below.

    When will the winners be drawn? 

    • Fortnight 1: Tuesday 6 January 2026, 12pm AEDT  
    • Fortnight 2: Wednesday 14 January 2026, 12pm AEDT  
    • Fortnight 3: Thursday 29 January 2026, 12pm AEDT 
    • Fortnight 4: Wednesday 11 February 2026, 12pm AEDT 

    Winners will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw, and an independent scrutineer will be present to supervise. 

     

    How will I know if I’ve won a prize?  

    We’ll notify prize winners within 7 days of the relevant fortnightly draw date. First prize winners will be notified by phone and email. Second and third prize winners will be notified by email.

     

    What happens if a first or second prize is unclaimed? 

    If a first or second prize is unclaimed, or a winner can’t be identified or contacted by 5pm AEDT on Friday 14 March 2026, Transurban will conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw. The Unclaimed Prize Draw will allocate a prize winner for each unclaimed prize. The Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted in the same way as the original Prize Draw (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority). 

    If required, the Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 17 March 2026 at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008. 

    The Unclaimed Prize Winner of a first prize will be notified by phone using the phone number on their Linkt account and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the Draw Date.  

    The Unclaimed Prize Winner of a second prize will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Draw Date. 

    There will be no Unclaimed Prize Draw for Third Prize Winners.   

     

    How do I enter as a new Linkt customer? 

    Entering the competition is easy! Simply, open a Linkt account between 12pm AEDT, Monday 15 December 2025 and 11.59am AEDT, Monday 9 February 2026 and you’ll automatically be entered into that fortnight’s draw. You can enter any subsequent draws by opening the Linkt app and tapping the competition banner. 

    Make sure your account stays active on the competition draw date so you’re eligible to win. 

     

    I don’t want to be automatically entered into the competition 

    If you don’t want to be entered into the competition draw, please let us know by emailing competitions@linkt.com.au   

     

    Will my personal information be shared? 

    Your personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the terms and conditions. 

    If you are a winner, Transurban will disclose your full name, email address, postal address and/or mobile number to TLC Worldwide and/or Popink Pty Ltd for the purpose of prize fulfilment. 

    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

    Who is eligible to enter?  

    Existing Linkt customers who are: 

    • 18 years old or over; 
    • a resident of NSW or QLD; 
    • the primary or secondary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag or Tagless Account with no overdue toll invoices on the close of the relevant Fortnightly Draw in which you entered; and 
    • 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from Linkt and remain opted-in until the close of the relevant Fortnightly Draw in which you entered;  

    New Linkt customers who are: 

    • 18 years old or over; 
    • a resident of NSW or QLD; 
    • not already a primary or secondary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag or Tagless Account with no overdue toll invoices on the close of the relevant Fortnightly Draw in which you entered; and 
    • 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from Linkt and remain opted-in until the close of the relevant Fortnightly Draw in which you entered; 

    New Linkt customers will automatically go into the relevant fortnightly draw and be eligible to enter the next fortnightly draw via the Linkt app as an existing customer.

    What’s the difference between an existing Linkt customer and new Linkt customer? 

    Existing Linkt customer means an individual that has opened an eligible Linkt consumer account before the first day of the Relevant Draw Period. 

    New Linkt customer means an individual that opens an eligible Linkt consumer account during a Relevant Draw Period. For clarity, a customer that is a “New Linkt Customer” for the purposes of a Fortnightly Draw will be an “Existing Linkt Customer” for subsequent draws (if any). 

     

    What is an active account status? 

    An “active account” status means your account isn’t suspended or in the process of being closed. 

    If your account is suspended, you’ll need to make a payment to reactivate it to be eligible to win. You’ll need to keep your account in an active status until the relevant fortnightly draw date closes. 

     

    Can I still enter the competition if I have a Linkt account, but don’t have the Linkt app?

    You’ll need to download the app and log in to complete the entry form and go into the draw.

     

    Can I still enter the competition without the Linkt app?

    If you’re an existing Linkt customer, you’ll need to download the app and log in to complete the entry form and go into the draw.

    If you opened a Linkt account during a Relevant Draw Period, you’ll automatically go into the relevant fortnightly draw. 

     

    I’ve won a prize before — can I still enter this competition?

    Yes, if you meet the other eligibility criteria.
