Expired links in some Linkt emails

What was the issue?

Our email management service provider has let us know that due to a technical update, links in emails sent on or before 21 January 2026 are no longer taking you to the correct webpage.

We’re sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused.

Any links in emails sent on or after 22 January are live and will work properly.

Which links were impacted? 

Any link that was included in an email from us dated on or before Wednesday 21 January. As the link was updated, it would have directed you to our homepage.

If you tried to unsubscribe and are not sure if it was successful, you can check (and/or update your preferences) by:

  • Logging in to your Linkt account on our website and updating your communication preferences under “My details” 
  • Clicking 'Subscription Centre' at the bottom of our marketing emails sent on or after 22 January
  • Using the unsubscribe option in Gmail or other email providers
