From 16 March 2021, if you have an overdue toll notice for travel on a Sydney toll road, you may receive an email or SMS reminding you and requesting payment. These notifications are sent to help you avoid the debt being referred to a Debt Collection Agency (DCA) or an infringement notice from Revenue NSW.
Brisbane City Council has announced the Go Between Bridge Toll Credit Scheme for local residents in the 4101 post-code, to ease the construction impacts associated with major projects in the area. Eligible residents can receive $100 of Linkt tolling credit on their account which can be used on all toll roads, including the Go Between Bridge.
On 1 January 2021 tolls for the Cross City Tunnel, Eastern Distributor, Hills M2, Lane Cove Tunnel, WestConnex M4, WestConnex M8 and M5 East in Sydney and CityLink in Melbourne will be adjusted.

From 21 October 2020, eligible customers can sign up for Transport for NSW’s (TfNSW) new toll rebate scheme for large caravans, boat trailers and horse floats. Rebates on tolls will be available from 8 November 2020.

Upgraded meter technology means taxis can now charge passengers tolls for travel between toll points on CityLink and display tolls on the meter.
