  • How many times can I enter? 

    You can enter once a week during the eight-week competition period. Each weekly entry goes into the Major Prize draw, giving you up to eight chances to win the VW ID. Buzz Pro.

  • How long does the competition run for?

    The competition runs weekly for eight weeks, starting 12pm AEST, Monday 25/05/2026 and closes 11:59am AEST Monday 20/07/2026. 

  • How do I enter the competition?

    • Existing Linkt customers – Simply enter the competition via either the Linkt app or the Linkt website. Eligible customers can enter once a week during the eight week competition period.

    • New customers – When you open a new Linkt account during the eight-week competition period (25/05/2026 to 20/07/2026), you will receive an automatic entry into the relevant weekly draw. You can then enter in subsequent weeks via the Linkt app or Linkt website.

  • Don’t want to be in the draw?

    You have been automatically entered. If you do not wish to participate in the giveaway, please email competitions@linkt.com.au

  • How do I get a bonus entry into the draw?

    If you have auto payments enabled on your Linkt account, you’re eligible for a bonus entry into the major prize draw. You must have the auto payments enabled at the time of the draw.

  • When will the winners be drawn?

  • How will I know if I’ve won a prize?

    We’ll notify prize winners by email within 7 business days of the Draw Date. Major Prize and First prize winners will also be notified by phone.

  • Who is eligible to enter?
    • Existing Linkt Customers must:
      1. be 18 years old or over;
      2. be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD;
      3. be the primary or secondary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account;
      4. be 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter and remain opted-in until the competition draw; and
      5. have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices at the time of the competition draw.
    • New Linkt Customers must:
      1. be 18 years old or over;
      2. be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD;
      3. not already be the primary account holder of any consumer Linkt Account; and
      4. open a consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account during the Relevant Entry Period as the primary account holder and remain in an active account status with no overdue toll invoices at the time of the competition draw.
    • Ineligible entrants:

  • How can I redeem the $500 pre-paid card?

    To redeem your $500 pre-paid card, follow the activation instructions provided in your prize notification email. The card is issued by Vault Payment Solutions and must be activated within two months of issue. It is valid for 12 months from activation.

Existing Linkt Customers can enter either by the Linkt website or Linkt app. To enter via the Linkt app, customers must (1) log into their account via the Linkt app (2) click on the competition banner; and (3) fill out the entry form and opt in to receive Linkt promotional communications. To enter via the Linkt website, customers must (1) visit https://www.linkt.com.au/bigbuzz (2) fill out the entry form and opt in to receive Linkt promotional communications. New Linkt customers who open an account during a Relevant Entry Period will automatically be entered into that draw and can enter into subsequent weeks as an Existing Linkt Customer. To qualify for a bonus entry, an Existing Linkt Customer must have automatic payments enabled on their Linkt account at the time of the draw. Eligible customers who meet this requirement will receive one (1) bonus entry into the final draw to win the Major Prize. One bonus entry is available per eligible Linkt Customer.
