  • Who is eligible for this offer?

    Linkt Rewards members who take at least ten toll road trips during October 2026 in a vehicle associated with their active Linkt account.

  • There are several people on my Linkt account. Can we all get this discount?

    Both primary and secondary account holders will be able to access the offer barcode on the Rewards hub in the app if the account has accrued 10 or more toll road trips during October 2026 (across one or more vehicles registered to your account). Each discount barcode can only be used once.

  • What is considered a single ‘trip’?

    A single, continuous journey made on a specific toll road*. If a vehicle registered to your Linkt account takes a toll road trip during the driving window, it can count for this offer.

    *A continuous journey on CityLink and the West Gate Tunnel is considered one trip. All other toll roads are counted as one trip each, even if they are connected.

  • What toll roads can I drive on to reach my ten trips?

    Any toll road trip in Australia taken during October 2026 can count towards your ten trips.

  • I’m not a Linkt Rewards member. Can I still get this offer?

    No, unless you join Linkt Rewards by 30 November 2026. You will also need to take 10 or more toll road trips during October 2026.

  • I haven’t received any emails about this offer. Can I still get my 26c per litre discount?

    You won't receive email updates and reminders unless you're opted in to receive marketing and promotional communications from Linkt.

    You can still get the discount without being opted in to marketing and promotional communications. Just take 10 toll road trips in October 2026, ensure your Linkt account is not suspended or in the process of being closed and make sure you’re a Linkt Rewards member.

    If you think you have met the other eligibility criteria, but don't see the discount in the Rewards tab of the Linkt app after 10am 12 November AEDT to claim, try closing and reopening the Linkt app. If after a few refreshes there’s still no discount, please get in touch.

  • When will I receive the offer?

    If you meet the eligibility requirements for this offer, it will appear in the Rewards tab on the Linkt app from 10am 12 November – 4pm 30 November AEDT.

    Make sure you take 10 toll road trips so you qualify for the discount!

  • How do I redeem the offer?

    To redeem the 26 cent per litre fuel discount if you're eligible you must, between 10am 12 November – 4pm 30 November 2026:

    1. Log in to your account via the Linkt App, navigate to the ‘Rewards’ tab.

    2. If you have not already, join Linkt Rewards by accepting the Linkt Rewards terms and conditions.

    3. Navigate to the ‘Tanks a lot!’ tile and follow the instructions to reveal the discount offer barcode.

    4. Accept the offer terms and conditions and privacy collection statement.

    5. Visit any 7-Eleven branded fuel store in Australia and fill up your vehicle with a minimum of 2 litres and a maximum of 120L (offer excludes LPG and AdBlue). 

    6. Enter the 7-Eleven branded fuel store and, whilst in-store:

      1. have a smartphone or tablet screen with internet connection, and access to the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer on the Linkt App; and

      2. present the 26 cent per litre fuel discount barcode on your smartphone or tablet screen under the customer facing barcode reader when ready to pay. Subject to the Exceptions, the discount will be automatically applied to the fuel price.

      3. Pay the discounted price for the fuel. 

  • What do I do if I believe I’m eligible for the discount but I don’t see it in the app?

    If you think you have met the eligibility criteria but don't see the discount in the app after 10am 12 November AEDT to claim, try closing and reopening the Linkt app.

    If after a few refreshes there’s still no discount, please get in touch.

  • Can I redeem this offer in conjunction with the 7-Eleven Fuel Price Lock?

    No, this offer cannot be redeemed when using 7-Eleven's Fuel Price Lock. You cannot use any other discount or promotion alongside this offer. If you scan the My 7-Eleven app in your transaction, the Linkt discount will not be applied.

  • What will happen to the 6 cent per litre 7-Eleven fuel discount while this 26 cent per litre offer is running?

    If you are eligible for the 26 cent per litre discount, the 6 cent per litre discount will be replaced by the higher discount from 10am 12 November until it has been redeemed. The 6 cent per litre offer will then become available again.

    If you are not eligible for the 26 cent per litre discount, the 6 cent per litre discount will continue to be available.

  • I’m having trouble with the Linkt Rewards app on my phone. What should I do?

    Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and check to see whether there are any Linkt Rewards app software updates to action. Then try powering off your device and switching it back on. Make sure you’re logged into your Linkt app and navigating to the Rewards tab to see your current available offers. If you’re still experiencing problems, please get in touch.
