Reasons we might contact you
We may email or SMS you from time to time about your account, asking you to update your personal or payment details via our website or app. We may ask you to update your payment details if a payment has failed on your account, or if according to our records, your credit card is near its expiry date.
Some scammers may target people by asking them to update payment details and then linking them to a scam website. Make sure you’re always logging into the Linkt website or app by navigating to linkt.com.au before you enter any personal details.
