Email alerts and app notifications
If you're unable to hear the sounds your tag makes, there are other ways to check your account status. We can send equivalent account status alerts by email, by SMS or as app notifications.
Check your email address and mobile number are up to date. This way we can contact you when:
- Your account balance is low
- Your account is overdue or overdrawn
- An auto payment has failed
- We detect that your tag isn’t beeping
- We detect your tag is in a vehicle not listed on your account.
