Bridge to Brisbane 2025 Complimentary Breakfast Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Offer is offered and fulfilled by Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410) ("Linkt"). 
  2. The term of the Offer commences 10am AEST on 11 August 2025 and ends on the earlier of 4pm AEST 3 September 2025 and allocation being exhausted or otherwise withdrawn by Linkt ("Offer Period"). 
  3. Registration for this Offer will admit up to four attendees to the Transurban Bridge to Brisbane VIP finish village marquee on Sunday 14 September 2025 for a Complimentary Breakfast between 6:30am - 11:00am. 
  4. Limit on number of registrations:  
    1. An eligible Linkt customer can only register once. 
    2. An eligible Linkt customer can register for up to four attendees (including the eligible customer themselves).  
    3. Offer limited 250 attendees only.  
  5. Registrants of this Offer will receive:  
    1. Exclusive access to the Transurban Bridge to Brisbane finish village VIP marquee on Sunday 14 September 2025 between 6:30am and 11:00am for themselves and up to three additional attendees. 
    2. Complimentary Breakfast including food, tea, coffee and juice. 
      1. Vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free dietary options will be available.  
      2. Complimentary Breakfast is subject to availability and may not be available for the entire duration of the VIP marquee opening hours.  
  6. Eligibility and register:
         
         You are eligible to register if you: 
    1. Are 18 years old or over; 
    2. Are a Linkt Rewards member with an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account (the Offer is not available to LinktGO customers, commercial account customers, or customers whose accounts are suspended); and
    3. Reside in Queensland as determined by the address listed in your Linkt account (the Offer is not available to customers whose address is outside of Queensland as listed in their Linkt). 
    4. If you have not already joined Linkt Rewards, you can do so by navigating to the ‘Rewards’ tab in the Linkt app and join Linkt Rewards including accepting the Linkt Rewards Membership terms.  

      To register for the Offer, you must:
    5. Log in to your Linkt consumer account using the Linkt app; 
    6. Navigate to view the offers in the ‘Rewards’ tab in the Linkt app; 
    7. Tap on the ‘Bridge to Brisbane Complimentary Breakfast’ offer tile; 
    8. Acknowledge you have read, understood, and accepted the Offer terms; 
    9. Complete the form to confirm your registration.  
  7. The Offer is not transferrable.  
  8. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  9. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  10. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  11. How personal information will be used:
    1. Details from your Linkt account (being your first name, last name and email address) will be used for the purpose of confirming your registration and contacting you via email to communicate further details about your ‘Bridge to Brisbane Complimentary Breakfast’ access. 
    2. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy. 
    3. You may access, change and/or update your personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31. 
    4. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to you. 
  12. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  13. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Queensland, Australia.
