Fuel Offer Discount Terms and Conditions

General

  1. This offer is promoted by CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd (ABN 48 005 299 427) ‘Building 2’ 658 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia ("7-Eleven").

  2. This 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is valid from 10AM, 30 July 2026 until 10AM 17 August 2026 (“26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period”), unless withdrawn by 7-Eleven or Linkt. Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal of the 26CPL Fuel Offer Period by providing prior notice on its website, in its App or through an email to its customers.

  3. Under this offer a single 26 cent per litre fuel discount will be offered on a per account basis to individuals who satisfy the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer eligibility criteria below, as determined by Linkt, subject to the Exceptions at clauses 4 to 9 below.

Exceptions

  1. The 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer will not apply where you have a valid Fuel Price Lock and scan your My7Eleven App as part of the transaction. Where you have a valid Fuel Price Lock and scan that in the same transaction, the Fuel Price Lock will be applied to the transaction and not the Offer.

  2. You cannot redeem any other 7-Eleven promotion or My7Eleven App offer (such as meal deals or loyalty offers) in a transaction where this 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is redeemed.

  3. This 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer cannot be stacked with any other discount fuel offer offered to you in whole or part by 7-Eleven. You must only present the fuel discount offer you wish to have applied to your transaction. Where multiple offers are presented, the application of the offer will be at the discretion of 7-Eleven.

  4. This 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer does not apply to LPG or AdBlue products.

  5. This 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is not exchangeable or transferable or redeemable for cash.

  6. This 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is not valid for Fleet Card, 7-Eleven Fuel Card, Motorpass or Motorcharge transactions.

Eligibility criteria

  1. To be eligible to receive the 26 cent per litre fuel discount, you must:

    1. be at least 18 years old;
    2. be the primary or secondary account holder of a consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid account that is not suspended or in the process of being closed;
    3. have a vehicle or vehicles registered to your eligible account make a total of 10 or more trips on any toll road in Australia between 12:01 AM, 15 June 2026 and 11:59 PM, 15 July 2026. A “trip” is a single continuous journey made on a specific toll road; 
    4. have the primary account holder on your account 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications and remain opted-in until the end of the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period; and
    5. comply with the redemption steps in these Terms and Conditions (which involves acceptance of further conditions), to be eligible to claim the discount offered under this offer ("Eligible Claimant").

  2. The 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is not available to:

    1. Linkt Pass holders;
    2. Linkt Commercial Account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental Account holders; and/or
    3. Linkt consumer account customers with a suspended account or a negative account balance.

    Linkt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether you are an Eligible Claimant.

Redemption steps

  1. To redeem the 26 cent per litre fuel discount as an Eligible Claimant you must, within the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period:

    1. Log in to your account via the Linkt App and follow the instructions to reveal the discount offer barcode. Eligible Claimants are required to accept these offer terms and conditions and privacy collection statement;
    2. Visit any 7-Eleven branded fuel store in Australia and fill up your vehicle with a minimum of 2 litres (offer excludes LPG and AdBlue);
    3. Enter the 7-Eleven branded fuel store and, whilst in-store:
      1. have a smartphone or tablet screen with internet connection, and access to the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer on the Linkt App; and
      2. present the 26 cent per litre fuel discount barcode (26 cent discount barcode) on your smartphone or tablet screen under the customer facing barcode reader when ready to pay. Subject to the Exceptions, the discount will be automatically applied to the fuel price. Pay the discounted price for the fuel.
    4. The 26 cent discount barcode may be used only during the ‘26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period’ and will expire 30 minutes after it has been activated in the Linkt App. Each unique 26 cent discount barcode can only be redeemed once. If the 26 cent discount barcode is not scanned within 30 minutes, the 26 cent discount barcode will expire, and a new 26 cent discount barcode must be generated. Once one 26 cent discount barcode has been redeemed, no further 26 cent discount barcodes will be issued to the account.

Offer delivery for Eligible Claimants

  1. The ability to generate 26c discount barcodes will be automatically made available to Eligible Claimants in the ‘Rewards’ tab when logged into your account in the Linkt App between 30 July 2026 and 17 August 2026.

  2. Each Eligible Claimant account can redeem one 26 cent discount barcode during the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period. The 26 cent discount barcode is available on a per account basis, regardless of the number of holders on the account.

  3. The 26 cent per litre discount can be used at 7-Eleven when you fill up your vehicle with at least 2 litres and a maximum of 120 litres of eligible fuel (offer excludes LPG or AdBlue products).

  1. Unused 26 cent discount barcodes will automatically expire at 10AM on 17 August 2026.

  2. During the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period, the Linkt Rewards always on 6 cent per litre fuel discount will not apply where an Eligible Claimant has an unredeemed 26 cent discount barcode. 

  3. Once an Eligible Claimant redeems the 26 cent discount barcode in the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer Period, the 6 cent per litre fuel discount offer will recommence the following day.

Other conditions

  1. The conditions or exceptions that apply to your use of this 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the barcode at the 7-Eleven operated service station store.

  2. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The 7-Eleven service station reserves the right to refuse processing the discount offered on the basis of irresponsible mobile or other device use on the forecourt or any dangerous or potentially unsafe or illegal behaviour by you or failure by you to comply with the redemption steps.

  4. If for any reason any aspect of this 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of 7-Eleven or Linkt, either of these entities may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify the discount in this Offer. 7-Eleven may refuse to process the Offer where the barcode is clearly affected by error, eg the barcode inadvertently reports a saving greater than the benefit in the Offer.

  5. If an issue has occurred and you are unable to redeem the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer even though you are an Eligible Claimant, obtain and retain a store transaction receipt for proof of purchase; take a screen shot of the barcode; and email your receipt and the screenshot of the barcode to 7-Eleven Customer Service at 24-7customerservice@7eleven.com.au.

  6. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

    1. if you have and do use your tablet or smartphone to redeem the offer, that you only use that device safely in-store at 7-Eleven and correctly redeem the discount;
    2. you are able to read and open the offer in the Linkt App at the time you wish to access the discount barcode; and
    3. you acknowledge that no WI-FI or internet or mobile data access will be provided at the 7-Eleven service station and that 7-Eleven and Linkt make no representation or claim in relation to any of the responsibilities set out in this clause and that the responsibilities are outside of 7-Eleven or Linkt’s control. You are solely responsible for having the relevant equipment and services to access the offer via mobile app in-store on a device such as smartphone and valid internet service to their device.

  7. Any fuel dispensed without a valid barcode, or in circumstances where a valid barcode will not scan as contemplated by the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer, will need to be purchased at the pump price.

  8. 7-Eleven and Linkt reserves the right to disqualify you from this 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  9. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  10. 7-Eleven and Linkt and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer or accepting or using any offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

  11. To the extent permitted by law, you agree and acknowledge that the Eligible Claimant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is to cease participation in the 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer, except where otherwise provided by law.

  12. This 26CPL Fuel Discount Offer is to be used by the Eligible Claimant only and not to be distributed or shared by any means. Where the Eligible Claimant distributes or shares their barcode in contravention of this provision, the Eligible Claimant will be liable for all loss or damage caused or contributed to by this breach.

  13. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Victoria, Australia.
