Linkt Rewards Program – Total Tools Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is promoted by CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Total Tools Importing Pty Ltd (ABN 18 084 220 342) of 1 Thomas Holt Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113  (“Total Tools”).
  2. The term of the Offer commences online in Australia at 10am AEDT on 02/03/2026 and concludes at 4pm AEDT on 16/03/2026. ("Offer Period"). 
  3. A discount on eligible products when purchased online will be made available to individuals as determined by Total Tools and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below.
  4. The following Offer will be made available during the Offer Period for redemption online at https://www.totaltools.com.au/ on eligible products:
    1. Save $25 when you spend $250 or more online.
    2. This Offer will be offered to select Linkt Rewards Program members as determined by Linkt.
  5. Exceptions:
    1. Offer excludes in-store purchases, clearance items, charity donations, gift cards, shipping charges and on Festool or Fein branded products.
    2. Offer cannot be used with other promo codes or discounts.
    3. The Offer can only be used online and not instore at Total Tools.
  6. To receive the Offer, you must:
    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3. consent to Total Tools sharing de-identified information relating to your redemption of the Offer with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Total Tools website; and
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.
  7. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. be a Total Tools INSIDER Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to Total Tools Trade Rewards Program Members or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    2. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Total Tools discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”;
    3. agree to the disclosure of de-identified information relating to your redemption of the Offer by Total Tools to Linkt;
    4. click on:
      1. the “Shop online” button which will redirect you to the Total Tools website;
    5. On the Total Tools website, proceed with the following steps:
      1. Browse the website and search for products;
      2. Add items to your cart;
      3. Proceed to check out;
      4. Sign in or create a Total Tools INSIDER Rewards account;
      5. Enter your unique promo code in “Apply Discount Code” field;  
      6. Choose your payment method;
      7. Review order summary; and
      8. Place your order

      Once the purchase is complete, you will get an email confirmation highlighting the discount applied to your purchase.

  8. You acknowledge that as part of redeeming the Offer and/or registering for the Total Tools INSIDER Rewards Program, Total Tools will collect your personal information and handle it in accordance with their privacy policy and associated privacy notice(s).
  9. You can redeem the Offer only once during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Shop online” link via your account in the Linkt App and using your unique voucher code.
  10. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  11. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  12. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  14. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Victoria, Australia.
