  • How many times can I enter? 

    You can enter once a week during the six-week competition period.

  • How long does the competition run for?  

    The competition runs weekly for six weeks, starting 12pm AEST, Monday 17 August 2026 and closes 11:59am AEST Monday 28 September 2026.   

  • How do I enter the competition?

    • Existing Linkt customers – Simply enter the competition via either the Linkt app or the Linkt website. Eligible customers can enter once a week during the six week competition period. 

    • New customers – When you open a new Linkt account during the six-week competition period (17/08/2026 to 28/09/2026), you will receive an automatic entry into the relevant weekly draw. You can then enter in subsequent weeks via the Linkt app or Linkt website.

  • How do I get a bonus entry into the draw?

    If you have auto payments enabled on your Linkt account, you’re eligible for a bonus entry. You must have the auto payments enabled at the time of the draw. 

  • How will I know if I’ve won a prize?

    We’ll notify you by email within 7 business days of the draw date. First prize winners will also be notified by phone. 

  • Who is eligible to enter?

    Existing Linkt Customers must:

    • be 18 years old or over; 

    • be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD; 

    • be the primary or secondary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account;  

    • be 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter and remain opted-in until the competition draw; and 

    • have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices, notices or Toll Payment Demands at the time of the competition draw.  

     

    New Linkt Customers must:

    • be 18 years old or over; 

    • be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD; 

    • not already be the primary account holder of any consumer Linkt Account; and 

    • open a consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account during the Relevant Entry Period as the primary account holder and remain in an active account status with no overdue toll invoices, notices or Toll Payment Demands at the time of the competition draw.

  • How can I redeem the $250 Star Car Wash voucher?

    You’ll receive an email containing a $250 Star Car Wash e-gift card. You can use this for all wash types and all vehicle type at any Star Car Wash branch.

To qualify for a bonus entry, an Existing Linkt Customer must have automatic payments enabled on their Linkt account at the time of the relevant weekly draw. Eligible customers who meet this requirement will receive one (1) bonus entry into each weekly prize draw. One bonus entry is available per eligible Linkt Customer per draw.

  • First Prize: $10,000 bank deposit (six available, one per week)  
  • Second Prize: 60 x $250 vouchers (sixty available, ten per week).  
  • Third Prize: 3,000 x $20 Toll credits (3,000 available, 500 per week).  

All valid entries received for each week will be included in a weekly draw conducted at 12pm AEST at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
