Planning to travel
Linkt account
Having a Linkt account is an easy, convenient way to travel on all toll roads around Australia.
If you already have an active Linkt account, then you don’t need to do anything and are good to go for travel on the West Gate Tunnel from day one.
Don’t have an existing account? Open a Linkt account today.
If you have an active toll account with a tolling retailer other than Linkt you don’t need to do anything and you are ready to travel.
Temporary pass
If you are only travelling once or occasionally, you may prefer to buy a temporary pass.
Don’t pay more than you have to
If you travel without an active tolling account or pass on the West Gate Tunnel, you will receive a toll invoice with additional fees on top of tolls.
Already travelled
If you’ve already travelled, you can still pay for your previous travel with a Linkt account or temporary pass.
- Linkt accounts can cover trips made up to 9 days ago
- Temporary passes can cover trips made up to 5 days ago
If you travelled more than 9 days ago, you will receive a toll invoice with additional fees on top of the tolls.
If you have received a toll invoice, want to find outstanding toll invoices or wish to pay a toll invoice than you can search and pay a toll invoice.
