Planned technical upgrades happening 10pm 8 May to 11am 9 May 2026 (AEST)

Our team is making some planned updates to keep things running smoothly. Here’s what you need to know.

When and what’s happening:

Between 10pm 8 May and 11am 9 May 2026 (AEST), you won’t be able to log in, buy a pass or open a new account via the website or app. Webchat and automated phone services (like self-serve toll notice payments) will also be unavailable.

You can still travel during this time.

You can still travel toll roads as usual during the upgrade time. You might notice a delay in trips being charged to your account once the technical upgrade period is complete. Have auto top-ups on or a Postpaid account? If you travel multiple toll roads, this may trigger multiple payments, depending on your account type and payment arrangement (e.g. if you use auto top-ups or Postpaid).

What you’ll still have access to:

You’ll still have access to Linkt Rewards during this time, as long as you’re auto-logged in (meaning your username and password are already pre-filled). If you’ve toggled this option off, Rewards won’t be available during this time.

What’s not available during this time:

  • Managing your account online
  • Opening a new account
  • Buying a pass
  • Paying a toll notice or nominating a driver online or in the app
  • Webchat and phone support (including self-service)
  • Linkt website and app
  • Linkt Rewards (unless you’re auto-logged in)

Travelling soon? Make sure to:

Check your account details are up to date (including account status, vehicle and payment details)

Ensure you have enough funds on your chosen payment method or in your account to cover your travel

Got a toll invoice due during the upgrade period? No worries.

If you have a toll due on 8 or 9 May 2026, you can pay it after the upgrade on 10 May 2026. No late fees will apply. Too easy.
