The promoter of this Competition is Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410) of Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, 03 8656 8900, operating under the brand Linkt (Promoter). Linkt is a trademark of Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410).
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 10:00am AEST, Monday 11 May 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEST, Friday 12 June 2026 (Competition Period).
Competition to win 1 of 2 2026 TCS Sydney Mini Marathon (5km) Prize Packs
There are 2 prizes available and each has a total value of $4,415.00. Each prize consists of: 4 x TCS Sydney Mini Marathon 5km tickets (2 x $80 adult tickets and 2 x $50 child tickets), 3 nights' accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 0-12), 3 x daily breakfast for 2 adults, 1 x $1,000.00 Mastercard E-Gift Card (Prize).
Eligible individuals (as set out in clause 7) who follow the entry steps in clause 10 may enter in the draw to win the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address and any other information from any entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Competition. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

Limit on number of entries: An eligible individual can only enter the Competition draw once. Where eligible customers share an account, each eligible customer may enter separately but only one Prize will be awarded per Linkt account.
Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Competition Period, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the Entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Competition.

If a Prize winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms after entering the Competition and before the Prize is delivered, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise advised. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
General Prize Terms
The following are not included as part of the Prize: airfare, transport to and from the event, equipment, travel insurance, meals, and all other out-of-pocket costs.

The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 16 June 2026 (the Draw Date) at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
On the Draw Date, a winner will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw process from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The first two valid entries drawn will each be deemed a Prize Winner.
Each Prize winner will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account within 7 days of the Draw Date and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account. Prize winner must confirm acceptance of their Prize during the phone call or by reply email. The winner must verify their identify and residency by showing current identification that shows both their name and address (for example, a drivers’ licence) on a video call with an employee of the Promoter by 25 June 2026 or the Prize winner will be taken to have forfeited the prize.
Once the winners' identity has been validated and confirmed, the Promoter will:
The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact all Prize winners.
The Prize winner’s last name, initial of their first name, State and postcode will be published at www.transurban.com/sydney-marathon on or before 25 June 2026 and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.
Before the Prize transfer is made, each winner must attend a validation video call with an employee of the Promoter and show a form of valid photo identification that includes their full name and address, so it can be matched to the details on their Linkt account to verify their identity and residency. In the case that a Prize winner cannot verify their identity or residency; they will forfeit their right to the Prize. Each winner is solely responsible for ensuring their identity details are correct.
Subject to applicable law, in the event that:
If required, a second chance prize draw will take place at 12pm AEST on Thursday 25 June 2026 at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
Each Second Chance Prize Winner will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account within 7 days of the Second Chance Draw Date. The Promoter will then send an email to the Winners with instructions to register for the TCS Sydney Marathon event and information about their accommodation. Prize winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize during the phone call or by reply email.
If after a second chance draw any Prize remains unclaimed for any reason, the Promoter may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
Details from your Linkt account (being your first name, last name and email address) will be used for the purpose of conducting the Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Competition), for promotional purposes surrounding the Competition, and as otherwise set out in the Terms.
Prize winner’s first name, last name, and email address will be disclosed to the Darling Hotel Sydney and Pont3 Pty Ltd trading as TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS.
Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
By entering the Competition, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the Entrants.
The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in New South Wales and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Competition submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Competition.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Competition, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Competition or any component of the Prize by an Entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Competition; or (h) cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
