The Offer is promoted by Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd (ABN 86 010 630 921) ("Linkt") and fulfilled Origin Energy Services Limited (ABN 93 007 847 010) of 321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“Origin Energy”).
The term of the Offer commences online in Australia on the 5/12/2025 and concludes at 4pm AEDT on 30/1/2026. ("Offer Period").
Eligible individuals, as determined by Origin Energy and Linkt, will receive the Linkt toll credit(s) specified in clause 5 if they sign up to one or more eligible Origin Energy product(s) online during the Offer Period by following the redemption steps in clauses 7 and 8 below (“Offer”).
The value of the Offer and relevant use period will be set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Linkt customers (defined in clauses 6 and 7 below) who sign up during the Offer Period to Origin Affinity Variable electricity and/or natural gas residential12-month plans are eligible to receive a $20 Linkt toll credit per month for so long as at least one of those Origin Affinity Variable energy plans remains active, up to a maximum of 12 months (or $240 in total).
This Offer is only available to new residential Origin Energy customers or to existing Origin Energy customers who are signing up to an eligible plan at a new supply address. It is not available to existing Origin Energy customers who sign up to an energy plan at their current supply address. Not available to Business customers. Origin Affinity Variable electricity and/or natural gas plans may not be available in all areas or property types – customers can check if their property/address is eligible for these plans at the linked Origin Energy website. Refer to clause 8.
To receive the Offer, you must:
agree to these terms and conditions;
be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended) and no overdue toll invoices;
An active account is any Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid consumer account that is not suspended.
A suspended account is a Linkt consumer account that has fallen into a negative balance, and the account holder continues to travel on toll roads.
An overdue toll invoice is a bill for unpaid travel on a toll road that has passed the stated due date. If you already have an account, you may receive a toll invoice if;
You’re driving a car that hasn’t been added to your account; or
You continue to drive on toll roads when your account is suspended
consent to Origin Energy sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the applicable terms on the Origin Energy website;
comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer; and
maintain an active Origin Affinity Variable energy plan for 30 days, and continue to hold for subsequent 30-day periods to receive the monthly toll credit
To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Origin Energy offer under “Linkt Rewards”;
agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Origin Energy to Linkt;
click on:
the “Redeem Offer” button which will redirect you to a linked Origin Energy website;
Complete sign up to the Origin Affinity Variable electricity and/or natural gas plans via the linked Origin Energy website. If you do not complete the sign up process in a single session, you must return to the Linkt Rewards App to start the process again. Once the sign up via the linked Origin Energy website is complete, you will get an email confirmation and further correspondence from Origin Energy.
Credits will be applied to an eligible customer’s Linkt account within 30 days of satisfying all eligibility requirements on a monthly basis;
Limited to 12x $20 monthly Linkt toll credits per Linkt account, applied in monthly instalments (i.e. if you sign up for more than one eligible Origin Energy plan, you will only receive one set of toll credits per eligible Linkt account).
Customers will be able to view their toll credits by selecting ‘payment history’ when they login online or via the Linkt app. Toll credits will not expire.
You may cancel your Origin Energy plan(s) anytime during the contract term. However, if you do so, you will forfeit any pending or future credits associated with the Offer. If you signed up to more than one eligible energy plan, you will continue to receive any pending or future credits associated with the Offer so long as at least one of those energy plans remains active.
Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Queensland, Australia.
