Definitions
Active account
Is any Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid consumer account that is not suspended.
Suspended account
Linkt consumer account that has fallen into a negative balance and the account holder continues to travel on toll roads.
Overdue toll invoice
A bill for unpaid travel on a toll road that has past the stated due date. If you already have an account, you may receive a toll invoice if;
- You're driving a car that hasn't been added to your account; or
- You continue to drive on toll roads when your account is suspended
Weekly Draw
There will be one draw conducted for all entries received each week during the Promotion Period (each a "Weekly Draw"). The dates for each Weekly Draw are set out in section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.

Who can enter
- Entrants must:
- be 18 years old or over;
- be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD;
- be the primary or secondary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account;
- be a Linkt Rewards member;
- be 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter and remain opted-in until the close of the relevant Weekly Draw in which they entered; and
- have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices on the close of the relevant Weekly Draw in which they entered.
- The following persons are ineligible:
- LinktGO customers;
- Linkt Commercial Account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental Account holders;
- Pass holders;
- directors and management of the Promoter;
- officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or
- retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address and any other information from any Entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

How to enter
- To enter, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- log in to their Linkt consumer account using the Linkt app;
- navigate to the ‘Rewards’ tab in the Linkt app;
- if they have not already, join Linkt Rewards including accepting the Linkt Rewards Membership terms; and then
- agree to these competition terms and conditions;
- agree to their Linkt account details being used to enter them into the competition;
- consent to receive Linkt promotional communications and remain opted-in until the close of the relevant Weekly Draw in which they entered. and
- ensure they have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices at the close of the relevant Weekly Draw in which they enter.
- Limit on number of entries
Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following;- only one entry is permitted per person per Weekly Draw;
- entry into each Weekly Draw must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements;
- where individuals share an account, each individual listed on the account may enter separately.
There is no limit on the number of prizes per person.
- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
- An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the relevant Weekly Draw, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the Entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or
- any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any Entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.
- Entrants must not:
- tamper with the entry process;
- engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to register multiple qualifying accounts or use any form of software or third-party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions; and
- engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.
- Entries remain the property of the Promoter.

Prize Draw
- Entries for each Weekly Draw open at 12pm AEST and close at 11.59am AEST on the dates outlined in the table below.
- All Weekly Draws will take place at 12pm AEST on the draw dates outlined in the table below at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The independent scrutineer will not be associated with the Promoter or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Entries in each Weekly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws.
- On each Weekly Draw Date, winners will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw process from all entries received during the relevant Weekly Draw.
- The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will each win the First Prize that applies to the relevant Weekly Draw as outlined in the table in section 27 below and:
- the next two thousand (2,000) valid entries drawn in Weekly Draws 1 to 3; and
- the next five thousand (5,000) valid entries drawn in Weekly Draw 4,
will each win a Second Prize as outlined in the table in section 27 below.

How winners will be notified
- First Prize winners will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Weekly Draw.
- During the phone call, First Prize winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize and consent to the sharing of their name and phone number with Ignite Travel (Global Escapes).
- Second Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Weekly Draw.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact all winners.
First Prize winners will have their details (first initial, surname, and postcode) published at https://www.linkt.com.au/win250k on Monday 07 July 2025 for a minimum of 28 days.

Prizes
- There is a maximum of 11,004 prizes (each a Prize) for a total prize pool value of $250,000 consisting of:
- If a winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions after entering the Promotion and before a Prize is delivered, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prize values are:
- in Australian dollars; and
- based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions and the ultimate prize redemption date.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise advised. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Prize specific terms
- Global Escapes Voucher Specific Terms
- First Prize winners will be notified by phone call from the Promoter and then emailed using the phone number and email address on their Linkt account. Once winners have accepted their Prize, they will be provided with a unique Serial Number. To redeem their Prize, the winner must book through Global Escapes by contacting reservations on 1300 850 151 and quoting the unique Serial Number.
- First Prize winners must book using their Prize before the gift voucher expires on Saturday 1 July 2028. Their Prize can be used toward one or multiple travel packages, and travel can take place after the expiry date of the voucher.
- Travel dates are generally available up to 10 months in advance but will be confirmed at time of enquiry. Travel packages are subject to availability and blackout periods apply. Availability cannot be guaranteed during Christmas, school holidays and special event periods.
- Any unused balance on the Global Escapes gift voucher is not transferable, exchangeable and will not be awarded as cash. Any unused balance on the Global Escapes gift voucher not redeemed before the expiry date will be forfeited by the First Prize winner.
- Once a First Prize winner makes a booking by redeeming their Global Escapes gift voucher, that booking shall be subject to the terms and conditions for bookings which can be found at https://globalescapes.com.au/terms-conditions. Winners are encouraged to read the terms and conditions applicable to their chosen package or packages closely as these terms explain what costs are and are not included in the package (for example, food and entertainment).
- Global Escapes will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at https://globalescapes.com.au/privacy-policy/
- For international travel, First Prize winners are responsible for ensuring that all travellers have valid passports, (passports must be valid for at least six months from date of travel), and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
- Frequent flyer points will not form part of the First Prize.
- Travel insurance is not included as part of the booking with Global Escapes but is strongly recommended.
- Once a booking is confirmed by Global Escapes, no cancellation or changes are allowed, unless otherwise authorised by Global Escapes in its absolute discretion.
- Linkt Toll Credit Specific Terms
- Second Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Weekly Draw.
- Toll credits will be applied to the winner’s account within 7 days of the relevant Weekly Draw.
- Customers will be able to view their toll credits by selecting ‘payment history’ when they login online or via the Linkt app.
- Toll credits will be added to the winner’s Linkt account balance and will not expire.

Unclaimed Prize Draw
- Subject to applicable law, in the event that:
- a winner cannot be identified or contacted on or before Tuesday 5 August 2025 despite all reasonable attempts to do so by the Promoter; or
- a Prize is unclaimed by that time for any other reason whatsoever (including because the winner has forfeited their right to the Prize, the winner does not accept and claim the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the winner or the winning entry does not comply with these Terms, or otherwise),
the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw to determine an unclaimed prize winner (Unclaimed Prize Winner) for each unclaimed Prize. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted in the same manner as the original Weekly Draws (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
- If required, the unclaimed prize draw will take place 12pm AEST, Wednesday 6 August 2025 at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
- The Unclaimed Prize Winner of a First Prize (if any) will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.
- During the phone call, First Prize winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize and consent to the sharing of their name and phone number with Global Escapes.
- Each Unclaimed Prize Winner of a Second Prize (if any) will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw. Unclaimed Prize Winners of a First Prize (if any) will have their details (first initial, surname and postcode) published at https://www.linkt.com.au/win250k on Friday 8 August 2025.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information
- Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- Details of First Prize winners (full name and mobile number) will be disclosed by the Promoter to Global Escapes for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
- Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
- Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
- By entering the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the Entrants.

Governing law
- The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.

Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prize by an Entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Promotion; or (h) cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
