Linkt Rewards Program - Origin Energy Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is promoted by CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) ("Linkt") and fulfilledby Origin Energy Retail Limited (ABN 22 078 868 425) of 321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“Origin Energy”).
  2. The term of the Offer commences on 6 July 2026 and concludes at 4pm AEST on 31 August 2026. ("Offer Period").
  3. Eligible individuals, as determined by Origin Energy and Linkt, will receive the Linkt toll credit specified in clause 5 if they sign up to one or more eligible Origin Energy product(s) online via the Linkt app during the Offer Period by following the redemption steps in 10 below (“Offer”).
  4. The value of the Offer and relevant use period will be set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Eligible Linkt customers (defined in clauses 6 and 7 below) who sign up during the Offer Period to an Origin Affinity Variable electricity and/or natural gas residential plan and maintain an active plan and comply with clause 9(b) until at least 30 October 2026 are eligible to receive a one-time $120 Linkt toll credit (Credit).
  6. This Offer is only available to:
    1. new residential Origin Energy customers. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are an existing Origin Energy customer with only one fuel type at a supply address and you sign up to an Origin Affinity Variable plan for a different fuel type at that supply address, you will be eligible to take up this Offer, or
    2. existing Origin Energy customers who are signing up to an eligible Origin Affinity Variable plan at a new supply address.
  7. Despite clause 6, this Offer is not available to Origin Energy customers still receiving Linkt toll credits as part of signing up to an Origin Affinity Variable energy plan in December 2025 or January 2026
  8. Origin Affinity Variable electricity and/or natural gas plans may not be available in all areas or property types – customers can check if their property/address is eligible for these plans on the Origin Energy website. Refer to clause 10.
  9. To receive the Offer, you must:
    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended) and no overdue toll invoices [as at 12pm on 30 October 2026];
      1. An active account is any Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid consumer account that is not suspended. 
      2. A suspended account is a Linkt consumer account that has fallen into a negative balance, and has been suspended for non-payment. 
      3. An overdue toll invoice is a bill for unpaid travel on a toll road that has passed the stated due date. If you already have an account, you may receive a toll invoice if; 
        1. You’re driving a car that hasn’t been added to your account; or 
        2. You continue to drive on toll roads when your account is suspended 
    3. consent to Origin Energy sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the applicable terms on the Origin Energy website;
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer; and
    5. maintain an active Origin Affinity Variable energy plan until at least 30 October 2026 and have no overdue toll invoices as of 30 October 2026.
  10. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Origin Energy offer under “Linkt Rewards”;
    2. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Origin Energy to Linkt;
    3. click on: the “Redeem Offer” button which will redirect you to a linked Origin Energy website;
    4. Complete sign up to the Origin Affinity Variable electricity and/or natural gas plan via the linked Origin Energy website. If you do not complete the sign up application process in a single session, you must return to the Linkt Rewards App to start the process again. Once the sign up application via the linked Origin Energy website is complete, you will get an email confirmation and further correspondence from Origin Energy.
  11. The credit will be applied to an eligible customer’s Linkt account by 6 November 2026.
  12. Limited to 1 x $120 Linkt toll credit per eligible Linkt account (i.e. if you sign up for more than one eligible Origin Energy plan, you will only receive one $120 toll credit per eligible Linkt account).
  13. Customers will be able to view their toll credits by selecting ‘payment history’ when they login online or via the Linkt app. Toll credits will not expire.
  14. You may cancel your Origin Energy plan(s) anytime during the contract term. However, if you do cancel before you have met the eligibility criteria, you will not be entitled to the Credit under the Offer.
  15. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  16. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer
  17. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  18. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  19. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is New South Wales, Australia.
