Definitions
Active Account
Is any Linkt Tag or Tagless consumer account that is not suspended or in the process of being closed.
Existing Linkt Customer
An individual that has an eligible Linkt consumer account before the first day of the Relevant Draw Period. Eligible accounts are set out in section 1.
Fortnightly Draw
There will be one draw conducted for all entries received every two weeks during the Promotion Period (each a “Fortnightly Draw”). The dates for each Fortnightly Draw are set out in section 34 of these Terms and Conditions.
Fortnightly Draw Date
The date for each Fortnightly Draw as set out in section 34 of these Terms and Conditions.
New Linkt Customer
An individual that opens an eligible Linkt consumer account during a Relevant Draw Period, set out in section 2. For clarity, a customer that is a “New Linkt Customer” for the purposes of a Fortnightly Draw will be an “Existing Linkt Customer” for subsequent draws (if any).
Overdue toll invoice
A bill for unpaid travel on a toll road. If you already have an account, you may receive a toll invoice if:
- you’re driving a car that hasn’t been added to your account; or
- you continue to drive on toll roads when your account is suspended
Promotion Period
12pm AEDT, Monday 15 December 2025 to 11.59am AEDT, Monday 9 February 2026.
Promotional Partner
A Promotional Partner refers to any third-party supplier or entity engaged by the Promoter or TLC to provide prizes, rewards, goods, or services as part of this Promotion. Promotional Partners may include, but are not limited to, merchants, retailers, or experience providers. All prizes, rewards, or offers supplied by a Promotional Partner are subject to the individual terms and conditions of that Promotional Partner.
Relevant Draw Period
The period from the opening of entries to close of entries for the relevant Fortnightly Draw, as set out in section 34 of these Terms and Conditions.
Suspended Account
A Linkt consumer account that has fallen into a negative balance, and the account holder continues to travel on toll roads.

TLC Marketing Worldwide Australia & NZ Pty. Ltd, (ABN 68 666 716 838) of Level 29 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000. TLC is the Promoter's prize fulfilment service provider.

Who can enter
- Existing Linkt Customers must:
- be 18 years old or over;
- be a resident of New South Wales or Queensland;
- be the primary or secondary account holder of an active New South Wales or Queensland consumer Linkt Tag or Tagless Account;
- be 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter and remain opted-in until the close of the relevant Fortnightly Draw in which they entered; and
- have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices on the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they entered.
- New Linkt Customers must:
- be 18 years old or over;
- be a resident of New South Wales or Queensland;
- not already be the primary account holder of any consumer Linkt Account; and
- open a New South Wales or Queensland consumer Linkt Tag or Tagless Account during the Relevant Draw Period as the primary account holder; and
- have an active account status with no overdue toll invoices on the close of the Relevant Draw Period.
- The following persons are ineligible:
- Linkt Pass holders;
- Linkt Commercial Account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental Account holders;
- Customers with a Linkt Victorian Account;
- Linkt consumer customers with a suspended account or a negative account balance;
- directors and management of the Promoter;
- officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or
- retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address and any other information from any entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

How to enter
- Existing Linkt Customers
To enter, an Existing Linkt Customer that meets the eligibility criteria in section 1 must, during the Relevant Draw Period:- log in to their Linkt New South Wales or Queensland consumer account using the Linkt app;
- tap on the competition banner and then:
- agree to the competition terms and conditions;
- consent to receive Linkt promotional communications and remain opted-in until the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they entered; and
- consent to the Promoter disclosing their first name and email address to TLC for the purpose of prize fulfillment but only where they are a winner; and
- ensure they have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices at the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they enter.
- New Linkt Customers
To receive automatic entry into the draw, during a Relevant Draw Period, an individual that meets the eligibility criteria in section 2 must: - open a Queensland or New South Wales consumer Linkt Tag or Tagless Account during the Relevant Draw Period; and
- ensure they have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices at the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they opened an account in.
Entrants who were automatically entered into a Fortnightly Draw as a “New Linkt Customer” can enter into subsequent Fortnightly Draws (if relevant) where they meet the “Existing Linkt Customer” criteria.
- Limit on number of entries
- Subject to paragraph (d), only one entry is permitted per person per Fortnightly Draw.
- Entry into each Fortnightly Draw must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
- Where individuals share an account, each individual listed on the account may enter separately.
- Entrants can receive one additional entry into each Fortnightly Draw. To get the bonus entry, during each Relevant Draw Period the entrant must either (as applicable):
- Existing Linkt Rewards member: navigate to the Rewards tab within the Linkt app and tap the competition's promotional banner and follow the prompts.
- Join Linkt Rewards: navigate to the Rewards tab within the Linkt app, join Linkt Rewards by accepting Rewards Membership terms, tap the competition's promotional banner and follow the prompts.
- Limit on number of prizes
- An Entrant can win one Prize in each Fortnightly Draw.
- A maximum of four prizes can be won during the Promotional Period (one in each of the four Fortnightly Draws).
- Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
- An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Relevant Draw Period, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or
- any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any Entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.
- Entrants must not:
- tamper with the entry process;
- engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to register multiple qualifying accounts or use any form of software or third-party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms; and
- engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.
- Entries remain the property of the Promoter.

- If a winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in section 1 or 2 after entering the Promotion and before the Relevant Draw Period, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, prize values are:
- in Australian dollars; and
- based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the time of first publication of these Terms and the ultimate prize redemption date.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise advised. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

General Prize terms
- General Prize Terms
- The value of each Prize, the total number of possible Prizes to be awarded for the promotion and the total maximum value of the Prizes are in accordance with the table above in section 17.
- Winners who are in the process of redeeming their Prize may be redirected to the website of the relevant Promotional Partner (“Promotional Partner Website”) to submit the Reward Code (if relevant) for the relevant Prize and all other details requested via the Promotional Partner Website, including but not limited to the winner’s name, email address, date of birth, postal address and contact number. Where applicable, winners must agree to the Promotional Partner’s Terms & Conditions for the relevant prize and satisfy themselves with the collection statements and privacy policies of any Promotional Partners, as the Promoter will not accept any responsibility for the collection, use and handling of personal information by Promotional Partners.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to use their Prize by any specified expiry date. The Prizes are issued with the understanding that they will not be extended or replaced. Any unused balance of the Prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the Promotional Partner.
- If for some reason beyond the Promotional Partner’s control, it is not possible to supply a prize or prize element as advertised, the Promotional Partner will substitute a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value in lieu, in Promotional Partner’s discretion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
- The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

Prize specific terms
- First Prize: $5,000 Bank Deposit (via EFT)
- The Promotional Partner for the $5,000 Bank Deposit prize is TLC Marketing Worldwide Australia & NZ Pty. Ltd, (ABN 75 622 802 180)
- Information on how to claim and redeem the $5,000 Bank Deposit prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The $5,000 Bank Deposit prize is awarded in the form of $5,000 Bank Deposit via bank transfer. The $5,000 Bank Deposit prize is valued at a total of $5,000.
- Before the bank transfer is made, the First Prize winner must:
- Attend a validation video call with an authorised representative from TLC and show a form of valid photo identification that includes their full name and address, so it can be matched to the details on their Linkt account to verify their identity. In the case that that the First Prize winner cannot verify their identity, they will forfeit their right to the Prize; and
- On the validation video call, provide their nominated Australian bank account details (account name, BSB and account number) to the authorised representative of the Promoter.
- TLC will make the $5,000 Bank Deposit in Australian Dollars into the First Prize Winner's nominated Australian bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- The winner is responsible for supplying the correct bank details to receive the prize amount. If the wrong bank account details were supplied by the Prize Winner, the funds will not be replaced or re-sent except where the error was caused by the fraud or negligence of TLC or its personnel.
- The deposit may take up to 30 days from the date that valid bank details are provided.

Prize Draw
- Entries for each Fortnightly Draw open at 12pm AEDT and close at 11.59am AEDT on the dates outlined in the table below.
- All Fortnightly Draws will take place at 12pm AEDT on the draw dates outlined in the table below at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The independent scrutineer will not be associated with the Promoter or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

- Entries in each Fortnightly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Fortnightly Draws.
- On each Fortnightly Draw Date, winners will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw process from all entries received during the Relevant Draw Period.
- The first valid entry drawn in each Fortnightly Draw will each win the First Prize and:
- the next 4 valid entries drawn will win a Second Prize
- the next 7,894 valid entries drawn will win a Third Prize

How winners will be notified
- First Prize winners will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Fortnightly Draw Date. First Prize winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize during the phone call or by reply email.
- Second Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Fortnightly Draw Date. We Wander Prizes will be deemed fulfilled once the TLC can confirm that prize email has been successfully sent. Sunnylife and Weber Prizes will be delivered to the mailing address of the winners, who will be required to sign for acceptance of the Prizes which will then be deemed delivered by TLC.
- Third Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Fortnightly Draw Date. Prizes will be deemed fulfilled once the TLC can confirm that prize email has been successfully sent.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact all Prize winners.
- The First Prize Winners’ first name, first initial of their surname and suburb (ie. John Smith of Bondi will be displayed as John S. 2026) at www.linkt.com.au/summergiveaway on the publication date listed in the table in section 34 for a minimum of 28 days.

Unclaimed Prize Draw
- Subject to applicable law, in the event that:
- a First Prize or Second Prize winner from each of the Fortnightly Draws cannot be identified or contacted on or before 5pm AEDT on Friday 14 March 2026, despite all reasonable attempts to do so by the Promoter; or
- a First Prize or Second Prize is unclaimed by that time for any other reason whatsoever (including because the winner has forfeited their right to the Prize, the winner does not accept and claim the Prize in accordance with paragraph 38 and 39, the winner or the winning entry does not comply with these Terms, or otherwise),
the Promoter will conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw in order to determine an unclaimed prize winner (Unclaimed Prize Winner) for each unclaimed Prize. The Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted in the same manner as the original Prize Draw (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
- If required, the Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place at 12pm AEDT on Tuesday 17 March 2026 at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
- The Unclaimed Prize Winner of a First Prize will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the Draw Date. First Prize winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize during the phone call or by reply email.
- The Unclaimed Prize Winner of a Second Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Draw Date.
- All Unclaimed Prize Winners will be notified on or before Tuesday 24 March 2026.
- Any Unclaimed First Prize winners’ initial of their first name, surname and postcode will be published at www.linkt.com.au/summergiveaway by Tuesday 7 May 2026 for a minimum of 28 days.
- If after the Unclaimed Prize Draw any Prize remains unclaimed for any reason, the Promoter may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
- There will be no Unclaimed Prize Draw for Third Prize Winners.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information
- Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the Terms.
- New Linkt Customers who have been automatically entered into the competition may opt out of the Fortnightly Draw by emailing competitions@linkt.com.au before the Relevant Fortnightly Draw Date listed in the section 34.
- Details of Prize winners will be disclosed by the Promoter or TLC for the purpose of prize fulfilment:
- First Prize winner’s first name, last name, address, email and mobile number will be disclosed to TLC Worldwide (ABN 68 666 716 838)
- Second Prize winners’ first name, last name, email address, delivery address and mobile will be disclosed TLC Worldwide (ABN 68 666 716 838) and Popink Pty Ltd ATF Popink Trust (ABN 89 373 867 167)
- Third Prize winners’ first name, and email address will be disclosed TLC Worldwide (ABN 68 666 716 838)
- Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
- Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
- By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the entrants.

Governing law
- The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in New South Wales and Queensland and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Queensland that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.

Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and TLC excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prize by an Entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Promotion; or (h) cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
