Linkt Rewards Program – Trip.com Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is promoted by Tollaust Pty Ltd (ABN 37 050 538 693) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201613701E) of Unit No. #29-01, 30 Raffles Place, Singapore 048622 (“Trip.com”).

  2. The term of the Offer commences online in Australia on 11 May 2026 and concludes 4pm AEST on 22 June 2026 (Offer Period). 

  3. The term of the Offer remains open until withdrawn by Trip.com or Linkt ("Offer Period"). Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal or expiry of the Offer Period by providing prior notice on its website, in its App or through an email to its customers. 

  4. An ongoing discount on eligible Trip.com bookings will be made available to individuals as determined by Trip.com and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below. 

  5. The following Offers will be made available via the Linkt app during the Offer Period for redemption on eligible products:

    1. 3% off Flights using the promo code “LINKTFLY3” on Trip.com (“Flight Offer”). 

    2. 8% off Hotels using the promo code “LINKTHOTEL8” on Trip.com (“Hotel Offer”).

  6. Exceptions:

    1. Flight Offer applies to the base fare only and excludes taxes, fees and surcharges. Select airlines may be excluded from the offer.
    2. Hotel Offer is valid only on pre-paid properties (paid online at time of booking). Pay-at-hotel properties are excluded and the offer may not apply to selected properties. Select properties may be excluded from this offer.
    3. Offers are only available when you access Trip.com via the Linkt app and complete your booking in the same user session. Offers are not available on bookings made directly on the Trip.com website or app, even if the Linkt Rewards promo code is applied. 
    4. Offers are only applicable to bookings paid for in AUD.
    5. Offers are not applicable to product bundles (e.g. flight + hotel bookings).
    6. Where a customer applies Trip Coins (Trip.com loyalty currency) to a booking, the value of Trip Coins does not qualify for any discount.
    7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes, cashback offers or discounts.

  7. To receive the Offer, you must:

    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3. consent to Trip.com sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Trip.com website; and 
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.

  8. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:

    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Trip.com discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”;

    2. copy the relevant promo code; 

    3. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Trip.com to Linkt;

    4. click on:

      1. the “Book online” button which will redirect you to the Trip.com website or app; and

    5. On the Trip.com website, proceed with the following steps: 

      1. Select an eligible flight or pre-paid hotel in the same user session;

      2. Enter the relevant promo code at checkout; and

      3. Follow the steps to complete your booking. 

  9. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period by following the redemption steps outlined in these terms and conditions.  

  10. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.  

  11. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.

  12. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  13. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  14. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Sydney, Australia.
