Your personal information will be collected by the entity within Transurban (as described in our Privacy Policy referred to below) that trades as Linkt in the State that you are located in (Linkt, we, us or our). The relevant Transurban entity is Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd (ABN 86 010 630 921) if you are in Queensland, CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) if you are in Victoria or Tollaust Pty Limited (ABN 37 050 538 693) if you are in NSW. We collect and hold personal information about you in order to provide you with Linkt Rewards offers Total Tools Importing Pty Ltd (ABN 18 084 220 342) (Total Tools) and for the purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy at www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
We may also use your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing and personalising messages to you (receiving exclusive offers, updates about the Linkt Rewards Program and promotions e.g. entry to competitions from Linkt and offers we think might be of interest to you). You can opt out of receiving direct marketing from us at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a communication or contacting us or updating your account preferences through the Linkt website.
When you redeem an offer through your use of the link provided through the Linkt app, we will enable you access to a Total Tools webpage where you will receive discounted pricing and/or additional value on eligible products, if you enter your unique voucher code (as provided through the Linkt App) at check out. We will not disclose your personal information to Total Tools. Total Tools will collect information about you directly from you to enable Total Tools to offer you (as a Linkt customer) the relevant offers. When you click through to the Total Tools website, Total Tools privacy practices will apply.
We will, however, collect additional de-identified information about you from Total Tools in connection with your redemption of the relevant offer, which may include what you purchased, the amount you paid and discount provided to you, for the purpose of improving and enhancing this offer, expanding offers from Total Tools and communicating the value of this. Total Tools will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy at https://www.totaltools.com.au/privacy-policy and associated privacy notices. We will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy also explains:
- how we store and use, and how you may access and correct your personal information;
- how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information; and
- how we will handle any complaint.

In particular the information you provide us may also be disclosed to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. We may disclose personal information to contractors outside of Australia and may use off-shore servers for the purposes of data storage. We have engaged contractors in the Philippines, the United States, Portugal, France, India and certain other countries and may disclose certain personal information to those contractors.
