Definitions

Active Account
A Linkt consumer account that is not suspended or in the process of being closed.

Existing Linkt Customer
An individual that has opened an eligible Linkt consumer account before the first day of the Relevant Draw Period. Eligible accounts are set out in section 1.

Fortnightly Draw
The draw conducted for all entries received during the Relevant Draw Period. The dates for each Fortnightly Draw are set out in section 28 of these Terms and Conditions.

Fortnightly Draw Date
The date for each Fortnightly Draw as set out in section 28 of these Terms and Conditions.

New Linkt Customer
An individual that opens an eligible Linkt consumer account during a Relevant Draw Period. For clarity, a customer that is a “New Linkt Customer” for the purposes of a Fortnightly Draw will be an “Existing Linkt Customer” for subsequent draws (if any).

Promotional Partner
A Promotional Partner refers to any third-party supplier or entity engaged by the Promoter or Administrator to provide prizes, rewards, goods, or services as part of this Promotion. Promotional Partners may include, but are not limited to, merchants, retailers, or experience providers. All prizes, rewards, or offers supplied by a Promotional Partner are subject to the individual terms and conditions of that Promotional Partner.

Overdue toll invoice
A bill for unpaid travel on a toll road. If you already have an account, you may receive a toll invoice if;

  1. You're driving a car that hasn't been added to your account; or
  2. You continue to drive on toll roads when your account is suspended

 

Promotion Period
12pm AEDT, Monday 8 December 2025 to 12pm AEDT, Monday 2 February 2026.

Relevant Draw Period
The period from the opening of entries to close of entries for the relevant Fortnightly Draw, as set out in section 28 of these Terms and Conditions.

Suspended Account
A Linkt consumer account that has fallen into a negative balance and the account holder continues to travel on toll roads.

TLC
TLC Marketing Worldwide Australia & NZ Pty. Ltd, (ABN 68 666 716 838) of Level 29 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000. TLC is the Promoter's prize fulfilment service provider.

Who can enter

  1. Existing Linkt Customers must:
    1. be 18 years old or over;
    2. be a resident of Victoria;
    3. be the primary or secondary account holder of an active VIC consumer Linkt Prepaid or Postpaid Account;
    4. be 'opted-in' to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter and remain opted-in until the close of the relevant Fortnightly Draw in which they entered; and
    5. have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices on the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they entered.
  2. New Linkt Customers must:
    1. be 18 years old or over;
    2. be a resident of Victoria;
    3. not already be the primary account holder of any consumer Linkt Account; and
    4. open a Victorian consumer Linkt Prepaid or Postpaid Account during the Relevant Draw Period as the primary account holder and remain in an active account status until the close of the Relevant Draw Period with no overdue toll invoices.
  3. The following persons are ineligible:
    1. Linkt Pass holders;
    2. Linkt Commercial Account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental Account holders;
    3. Linkt Sydney or Queensland Account holders;
    4. Linkt consumer customers with a suspended account or a negative account balance;
    5. directors and management of the Promoter;
    6. officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or
    7. retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address and any other information from any entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

How to enter

  1. Existing Linkt Customers
    To enter, an Existing Linkt Customer that meets the eligibility criteria in section 1 must, during the Relevant Draw Period:
    1. log in to their Linkt Victorian consumer account using the Linkt app;
    2. tap on the competition banner and then:
      1. agree to the competition terms and conditions;
      2. consent to receive Linkt promotional communications and remain opted-in until the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they entered; and
      3. consent to the Promoter disclosing their first name and email address to TLC for the purpose of prize fulfillment but only where they are a winner; and
    3. ensure they have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices at the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they enter.
  2. New Linkt Customers
    To receive automatic entry into the draw, during the Promotion Period, an individual that meets the eligibility criteria in section 2 must:
    1. open a Victorian consumer Linkt Prepaid or Postpaid Account during the Relevant Draw Period; and
    2. ensure they have an active Linkt account with no overdue toll invoices at the close of the Relevant Draw Period in which they enter.
    3. entrants who were automatically entered into a Fortnightly Draw as a “New Linkt Customer” can enter into subsequent Fortnightly Draws (if relevant) where they meet the “Existing Linkt Customer” criteria.
  3. Limit on number of entries
    1. Subject to paragraph (d), only one entry is permitted per person per Fortnightly Draw.
    2. Entry into each Fortnightly Draw must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
    3. Where individuals share an account, each individual listed on the account may enter separately.
    4. Entrants can receive one additional entry into each Fortnightly Draw. To get the bonus entry, during each Relevant Draw Period the entrant must either (as applicable):
    5. Existing Linkt Rewards member: navigate to the Rewards tab within the Linkt app and tap the competition's promotional banner and follow the prompts.
    6. Join Linkt Rewards: navigate to the Rewards tab within the Linkt app, join Linkt Rewards by accepting Rewards Membership terms, tap the competition's promotional banner and follow the prompts.
  4. Limit on number of prizes
    1. An Entrant can win one Prize in each Fortnightly Draw.
    2. A maximum of four prizes can be won during the Promotional Period (one in each of the four Fortnightly Draws).
  5. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
  6. An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Relevant Draw Period, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
  7. The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.
  8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
    1. any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or
    2. any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.
  9. Entrants must not:
    1. tamper with the entry process;
    2. engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
    3. use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to register multiple qualifying accounts or use any form of software or third-party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms; and
    4. engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.
  11. Entries remain the property of the Promoter.

Prizes

  1. There is a maximum of 31,254 prizes (each a Prize) for a total prize pool value of $587,980 consisting of:

      • $15 Uber Eats Voucher (Uber Voucher T&Cs apply. This Promotion is in no way sponsored or administered by Uber Technologies, Inc. or any of their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries.); or
      • $15 Experience Voucher from TLC's Activities Network with reward supplied by WeWander
      7,500 to win per Fortnightly Draw. Fourth Prize will be randomly allocated to Prize Winners.
      Bonus PrizeTotal: 10 x Bonus Prizes (available in the Final Draw only) comprising
      • a holiday package to Mantra Lorne for 4 people each valued up to $1,798
      10 to win in the final Fortnightly Draw
    • If a winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph 1 or 2 (as relevant) after entering the Promotion and before the relevant Draw Period, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
    • Unless expressly stated otherwise, prize values are:
      1. in Australian dollars; and
      2. based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the time of first publication of these Terms and the ultimate prize redemption date.
    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion).
    • Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

    General Prize terms

    1. General Prize Terms
      1. The value of each Prize, the total number of possible Prizes to be awarded for the promotion and the total maximum value of the Prizes are in accordance with the table above.
      2. Winners who are in the process of redeeming their Prize may be redirected to the website of the relevant Promotional Partner (“Promotional Partner Website”) to submit the Reward Code (if relevant) for the relevant Prize and all other details requested via the Promotional Partner Website, including but not limited to the winner's name, email address, date of birth, postal address and contact number. Where applicable, winners must agree to the Promotional Partner's Terms & Conditions for the relevant prize and satisfy themselves with the collection statements and privacy policies of any Promotional Partners, as the Promoter will not accept any responsibility for the collection, use and handling of personal information by Promotional Partners.
      3. It is the responsibility of the winner to use their Prize by any specified expiry date. The Prizes are issued with the understanding that they will not be extended or replaced. Any unused balance of the Prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the Promotional Partner.
      4. If for some reason beyond the Promotional Partner's control, it is not possible to supply a prize or prize element as advertised, the Promotional Partner will substitute a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value in lieu, in Promotional Partner's discretion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
      5. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

    Prize specific terms

    1. First Prize: $10,000 Bank Deposit (via EFT)
      1. The Promotional Partner for the $10,000 Bank Deposit prize is TLC Marketing Worldwide Australia & NZ Pty. Ltd, (ABN 75 622 802 180)
      2. Information on how to claim and redeem the $10,000 Bank Deposit prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
      3. The $10,000 Bank Deposit prize is awarded in the form of $10,000 Bank Deposit via bank transfer. The $10,000 Bank Deposit prize is valued at a total of $10,000.
      4. Before the bank transfer is made, the First Prize winner must:
        1. Attend a validation video call with an authorised representative from TLC and show a form of valid photo identification that includes their full name and address, so it can be matched to the details on their Linkt account to verify their identity. In the case that that the First Prize winner cannot verify their identity, they will forfeit their right to the Prize; and
        2. On the validation video call, provide their nominated Australian bank account details (account name, BSB and account number) to the authorised representative of the Promoter.
      5. TLC will make the $10,000 Bank Deposit in Australian Dollars into the First Prize Winner's nominated Australian bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
      6. The winner is responsible for supplying the correct bank details to receive the prize amount. If the wrong bank account details were supplied by the Prize Winner, the funds will not be replaced or re-sent except where the error was caused by the fraud or negligence of TLC or its personnel.
      7. The deposit may take up to 28 days from the date that valid bank details are provided.
    2. Second Prize: $500 Getaway Packages
      The Second Prize is awarded in the form of one $300 TLC Travel Hotel eVoucher redeemable via TLC's online hotel booking platform and one $200 We Wander Wanderlust Experience Collection eVoucher redeemable via We Wander's website.
      1. $300 TLC Travel Hotel Voucher (in this section, “Hotel Voucher”):
        1. The Hotel Voucher entitles the winner to a $300 voucher redeemable via TLC's online hotel booking platform, https://en-au.travelcredits.com
        2. The Hotel Voucher is valid for 6 months from the Fortnightly Draw Date it was won in, after which time it expires and cannot be redeemed.
        3. This Hotel Voucher is personal and non-transferable and can only be used by the person who is the holder of the Hotel Voucher, who must be over 18 years of age.
        4. The Hotel Voucher is non-cumulative – only one voucher can be used per transaction/booking.
        5. The Hotel Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
        6. Standard GST, service & credit card fees may apply when the Hotel Voucher is redeemed.
        7. Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing, by email to customerservice_au@travelcredits.com between 09.30 – 16.00 weekdays only, requests much be received no later than an hour before close of business. Request of cancellation or amendment cannot be guaranteed, some suppliers do not allow changes and therefore full cancellation charges will apply.

      2. $200 We Wander Wanderlust Experience Collection (instant digital gift) Voucher (in this section, “Experience Voucher”)
        1. The Promotional Partner for the Experience Voucher is Private Sale Pty Ltd (ABN 14 603 829 303) (“We Wander”).
        2. The winner is entitled to a Wanderlust Experience Collection (instant digital gift) voucher valued at $200, with 100+ experiences to choose from at https://wewander.com.au/
        3. The Experience Voucher will be provided in the form of a digital voucher code via email to the winner.
        4. To redeem the Experience Voucher, the winner is required to go to https://wewander.com.au/, click on the ‘Redeem your Gift' button located at the bottom right of the landing page and enter the voucher code to select their chosen experience.
        5. Only one voucher can be used per transaction/booking and must be used in full in the one transaction.
        6. The voucher is valid for 36 months from the voucher issuance date, it is the responsibility of the holder to use the voucher by the specified expiry date, after which time it expires and cannot be used.
        7. Each voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and it cannot be redeemed for cash and is not for resale.
        8. Additional restrictions may apply – please check with the chosen experience providers . The winner acknowledges that a prize may involve a dangerous activity, which may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk.
        9. The participating experience providers in their absolute discretion, reserves the right to refuse the winners to take part in any or all aspects of the booked experience if they reasonably believe the winners pose a safety risk or for any other reason.
        10. Use of the Experience Voucher is subject to availability at participating experience providers and their use may be limited during public holidays, school holidays and other peak periods.
        11. Any disputes pertaining to the use of the Experience Voucher are strictly between the winner and the participating experience provider.

    3. Third Prize: $50 eVoucher to Best of the West Local Business (Linkt branded LocalCard Visa Debit Promo Card)
      1. The Promotional Partner for the Third Prize is MyIncentive Pty Ltd (ABN 37 669 419 621) (LocalCard). The Third Prize is issued by Airwallex Pty Ltd (ABN 37 609 653 312, AFSL 487221).
      2. Each Third Prize entitles the winner to a LocalCard Digital Visa Debit Promo Card (Linkt branded) valued at $50.
      3. The Third Prize can be activated and redeemed at Linkt ‘Best of the West' participating business found here
      4. Third Prize winners need to activate their code by 11.59pm AEDT on the expiry date, which is 30 days from the Third Prize issue date as specified by TLC. Activation will not be possible after this time.
      5. Once activated, the Third Prize will remain valid until the expiry date displayed in the recipients LocalCard account, which is 3 months from the date the activation code was redeemed. After this date, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

    4. Fourth Prize:
      Fourth Prize Winners will be randomly allocated one of either a $15 WeWander Voucher or a Uber Eats $15 off Food Delivery Voucher. The Prize Winner cannot select their preferred Prize.

        1. Each Uber Eats voucher entitles the winner to an $15 Uber Eats Voucher.
        2. Limited Availability. No cash value. One-time use only. Maximum discount of $15 per redemption. Maximum of 1 order per account. Not valid for pickup orders. To redeem discount, Uber Voucher code must be applied to Payment section of the Uber Eats App prior to requesting the intended order. Uber Voucher is valid for 3 months from the Fortnightly Draw Date it was won in. It is the responsibility of the holder to use the $15 Uber Eats voucher by the specified expiry date, after which time it expires and cannot be redeemed. Uber Voucher is only valid for orders placed using the Uber Eats App. Taxes, fees, and tips will be covered provided that the value of the Uber Voucher is greater than the total order amount.         2. Each We Wander Voucher entitles the winner to one voucher valued at $15 off an experience booking made at https://wewaexperiences.com.au/bestofthewest
        3. The We Wander Voucher will be provided in the form of a voucher code (digital) via email to the winner of the prize.
        4. To redeem the We Wander Voucher, the winner is required to go to https://wewaexperiences.com.au/bestofthewest, select their experience of choice and enter the voucher code at checkout to receive the $15 credit.
        5. Only one voucher can be used per transaction/booking and must be used in full in the one transaction.
        6. The We Wander Voucher is valid for 3 months from the Fortnightly Draw Date it was won in, it is the responsibility of the holder to use the voucher by the specified expiry date, after which time it expires and cannot be redeemed.

    5. Bonus Prize: Global Escapes Holiday Package Specific Terms
      1. Bonus Prizes will only be drawn in the Final fortnightly Draw.
        • Each Bonus Prize consists of:
        • 3 nights in a 2 Bedroom Apartment Classic View at the Mantra Lorne for up to four people
        • Buffet breakfast daily
        • 1x bottle of wine
        • 2x drink vouchers per day
      2. Bonus Prize winners must book before 31 March 2026 and travel by 17 September 2026. The prize will expire if not booked or used by the dates set out in this paragraph.
      3. All dates are subject to availability and the following blackout periods apply:
        • 20 December 2025 – 25 January 2026;
        • 4 – 9 March 2026;
        • 24 – 26 March 2026;
        • 03 – 19 April 2026;
        • 16 – 17 May 2026;
        • 06 – 08 June 2026
      4. Travel is valid for a maximum of four people, and one traveller must be the prize winner.
      5. The following are not included as part of the holiday prize: all out of pocket expenses including additional accommodation, optional excursions, tipping, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly stated as included.
      6. A strict no cancellation/amendment policy applies once booking has been made.
      7. All prizes are available at time of publication. In the event the originally quoted product is unavailable at the time of booking, the Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute the product with another of similar nature and equal value.
      8. Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended.
      9. Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations.
      10. Availability cannot be guaranteed during school holiday and special event periods.

    Prize Draw

    1. Entries for each Fortnightly Draw open at 12PM AEDT and close at 11:59AM AEDT on the dates outlined in the table below.
    2. Each Fortnightly Draw will take place at 12PM AEDT on the relevant Draw Date (set out in the table below) at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

    3. On each Fortnightly Draw Date, the winners will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw process from all entries received during the Relevant Draw Period.
    4. The first valid entry drawn in each Fortnightly Draw will each win the First Prize and:
      1. the next 10 valid entries drawn will win a Second Prize
      2. the next 300 valid entries drawn will win a Third Prize
      3. the next 7,500 valid entries drawn will win a Fourth Prize
      4. In the final Fortnightly Draw only, the next 10 valid entries drawn will win a Bonus Prize
    5. Entries in each Fortnightly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Fortnightly Draws.

    How winners will be notified

    1. First Prize winners will be notified by phone call using the phone number on their Linkt account and then emailed using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Fortnightly Draw Date. First Prize winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize during the phone call or by reply email.
    2. Second, Third and Fourth winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Fortnightly Draw Date. For Second, Third and Fourth Prize Winners, prizes will be deemed fulfilled once TLC can confirm that prize email has been successfully sent.
    3. Bonus Prize winners will be notified by a call and email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 days of the relevant Fortnightly Draw Date.
    4. Bonus Prize winners will be provided with a unique Serial Number. The winner must book through Global Escapes by contacting reservations on 1300 850 151 and quoting the unique Serial Number.
    5. The Promoter has engaged TLC to assist in prize fulfilment.
    6. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact all Prize winners.
    7. First Prize winner's and Bonus Prize winner's first name, first initial of their surname and postcode (ie.     Personal information

    1. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the Terms.
    2. New Linkt Customers who have been automatically entered into the competition may opt out of the Fortnightly Draw by emailing competitions@linkt.com.au.
    3. Details of Prize winners will be disclosed by the Promoter for the purpose of prize fulfilment:
      1. First Prize winner's first name, last name, and mobile number will be disclosed to TLC
      2. Second, Third, Fourth Prize winners' first name, and email address will be disclosed TLC
      3. Bonus Prize winners' details will be disclosed to Global Escapes
    4. Entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
    5. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter's privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
    6. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the entrants.

    Governing law

    1. The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in Victoria, and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.

    Limitation of liability

    1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter's control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
    2. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and TLC excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prize by an entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Promotion; or (h) cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
