Bridge to Brisbane 2025 Offer Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Offer is offered and fulfilled by Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410) ("Linkt") and promoted and facilitated by Queensland Newspapers Pty Ltd (“Sunday Mail - Bridge to Brisbane”).

  2. The term of the Offer is between 28 May 2025 and 12 September 2025 unless sold out prior or withdrawn by Linkt ("Offer Period"). 

  3. A 10% discount on the Bridge to Brisbane 2025 event entry fee will be made available to eligible Linkt customers residing in Queensland who:

    1. access Linkt Rewards via the Linkt App; and

    2. follow the redemption steps set out below in clause 8 and as determined by Linkt, (“Offer”).   

  4. The Offer will not be available after the end of the Offer Period.

  5. The Offer is not transferrable.

  6. To receive the Offer, you must:

    1. agree to these Terms and Conditions;

    2. be a Linkt Rewards member with an active Linkt account residing in Queensland as determined by the address listed in your Linkt account (the Offer is not available to customers whose address is outside of Queensland as listed in their Linkt account, to commercial Linkt account customers or to customers whose Linkt accounts are suspended);

    3. consent to the Bridge to Brisbane Terms and Conditions of entry and the Privacy Policy; and

    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below in clause 8 to be eligible to claim the Offer.

  7. To redeem the Offer you must, within the Offer Period:

    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Bridge to Brisbane discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”;

    2. accept these Terms and Conditions;

    3. copy the discount code shown in the Linkt Rewards offer screen;

    4. click on the “Register now” button which will redirect you to the Bridge to Brisbane website; 

    5. On the Bridge to Brisbane website, proceed with the following steps:

      1. Select the 2025 Bridge to Brisbane event you wish to register and enter your personal details; 

      2. Click the tick box acknowledging you have read, understood and agree to the Bridge to Brisbane Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the exceptions and disclaimers; 

      3. Enter the discount code obtained from the Linkt Rewards offer screen;

      4. The applicable discount will then be applied to your booking, subject to the exceptions outlined in these Terms and Conditions; and 

      5. Enter your payment information and complete the payment process through Bridge to Brisbane.

    6. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period unless sold out prior by clicking on the “Register now” link via your account in the Linkt App and following the redemption steps in clause 8.

  8. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

  9. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.

  10. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  11. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

  12. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Victoria, Australia.
