The Promoter is Transurban Limited ABN 96 098 143 410 of Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, 03 8656 8900, operating under the brand Linkt (Promoter). Linkt is a trademark of Transurban Limited ABN 96 098 143 410.

Definitions
Active Linkt Account
A Linkt consumer account that is not suspended or in the process of being closed.
Linkt Rewards Member
An individual that has accessed the Rewards tab in the Linkt app and accepted the Linkt Rewards terms and conditions.
Overdue toll invoice
A bill for unpaid travel on a toll road. If you already have an account, you may receive a toll invoice if:
- You’re driving a car that hasn’t been added to your account; or
- You continue to drive on toll roads when your account is suspended.
Suspended Account
A Linkt consumer account that has fallen into a negative balance and the account holder continues to travel on toll roads.
Prize Draw
The draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotion Period.
Draw Date
The date on which all winners for the Promotion will be drawn.
Trip.com
Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201613701E) of Unit No. #29-01, 30 Raffles Place, Singapore 048622 is the Promoter’s promotional partner.
Eligible Trip.com Booking
A Trip.com booking completed via the Linkt app and using the Linkt Rewards offer, in accordance with the offer terms and conditions. Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, voided, or determined to be fraudulent will not be considered eligible transactions.
VML Australia
VML Australia Pty. Ltd, (ABN 67 117 645 708) of Level 7 1 Shelley Street Barangaroo, NSW 2000 Australia is the Promoter’s prize fulfilment service provider.
Who can enter
Entrants must:
- be 18 years old or over;
- be a resident of VIC, NSW or QLD;
- be the primary or secondary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid Account;
- be a Linkt Rewards member;
- be opted-in to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter and remain opted in at the time of the competition draw; and
- remain in an active account status with no overdue toll invoices at the time of the competition draw.
The following persons are ineligible:
- Linkt Pass holders;
- Linkt Commercial Account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental Account holders;
- Linkt consumer customers with a suspended account or a negative account balance;
- directors and management of the Promoter;
- officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or
- retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address and any other information from any entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
How to enter
To enter, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- log in to their Linkt consumer account using the Linkt app;
- navigate to the ‘Rewards’ tab in the Linkt app;
- if they have not already, join Linkt Rewards including accepting the Linkt Rewards membership terms;
- navigate to the ‘Ultimate Trip Giveaway’ competition screen in the Linkt app;
- agree to these competition terms and conditions;
- agree to their Linkt account details being used to enter them into the competition;
- tap ‘Enter now’ to earn one (1) competition entry; and
- ensure they remain in an active account status with no overdue toll invoices at the time of the competition draw.
Bonus entries
- Entrants who have already completed the steps to enter in paragraph 8 can earn ten (10) bonus competition entries per eligible Trip.com booking made during the Promotional Period.
- In accordance with the offer terms and conditions, entrants can earn up to sixty (60) bonus competition entries, as each Flight Offer and Hotel Offer can be redeemed up to three (3) times during the Offer Period.
Limit on number of entries
- The maximum number of competition entries an entrant may receive across all entry methods is sixty-one (61).
Limit on number of prizes
- An Entrant can win one (1) Prize.
- A maximum of 105 prizes can be won during the Promotional Period.
Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or
- any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.
Entrants must not:
- tamper with the entry process;
- engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to register multiple qualifying accounts or use any form of software or third-party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms; and
- engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.
Entries remain the property of the Promoter.
Prizes
There is a maximum of 105 prizes (each a Prize) for a total prize pool value of $78,415:
First Prize: Holiday to Fiji valued at $8,460, including:
- A 4-night stay for up to 4 people at Hilton Fiji Resort and Spa;
- 1 x $2,000 Trip.com gift card to spend on flights; and
- 1 x $500 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® to spend on your holiday.
Second Prize: Holiday to Bora Bora Resort valued at $7,352, including:
- A 2-night stay for 2 people at St Regis Bora Bora;
- 1 x $2,000 Trip.com gift card to spend on flights; and
- 1 x $500 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® to spend on your holiday.
Third Prize: Holiday to Airlie Beach valued at $4,645, including:
- A 4-night stay for 2 people at Coral Sea Resort Airlie Beach;
- 1 x $2,000 Trip.com gift card to spend on flights; and
- 1 x $500 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® to spend on your holiday.
Fourth Prize: Holiday to Noumea valued at $4,143 including:
- A 4-night stay for up to 4 people at Chateau Royal Beach Resort & Spa;
- 1 x $2,000 Trip.com gift card to spend on flights; and
- 1 x $500 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® to spend on your holiday.
Fifth Prize: Holiday to French Polynesia valued at $3,815, including:
- A 2-night stay for 2 people at Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa;
- 1 x $2,000 Trip.com gift card to spend on flights; and
- 1 x $500 Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® to spend on your holiday.
Sixth Prize: 100 x $500 digital Trip.com travel gift cards.
If a winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph 5 or 6 after entering the Promotion, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prize values are:
- in Australian dollars; and
- based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the time of first publication of these Terms and the ultimate prize redemption date.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize validity periods cannot be extended under any circumstances. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion).
Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Prize specific terms
Holiday General Prize Terms (applicable to First through Fifth Prize)
- Prize winners will receive an email using the email address on their Linkt account containing:
- A hotel voucher and instructions on how to book their stay;
- A Trip.com gift card and instructions on how to redeem; and
- An activation code and instructions on how to access their Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.
- All hotel stay dates are subject to hotel availability and blackout periods may apply.
- The following are not included as part of the holiday prize: all other out of pocket expenses including but not limited to additional accommodation, transfers, meals, excursions, tipping, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companions.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring that the winner and travel companion have valid passports if required (passports must be valid for at least six months from date of travel), and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.
- Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
- All prizes are available at time of publication. In the event the originally quoted product is unavailable at the time of booking, the Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute the product with another of similar nature and equal value.
- Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended.
Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa terms:
- The hotel voucher is applicable for a 4-night stay for up to 4 people in a 2 Bedroom Beachfront Villa, including daily breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, complementary Kids Club, and non-motorised water sports.
- The hotel voucher is valid for travel until 20 June 2027 and must be presented upon check-in. Date must be booked in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The hotel voucher is subject to availability outside the following blackout dates: 1-27 July 2026; 26 September – 10 October 2026; 24 December 2026 – 4 January 2027; 10-23 April 2027.
- The hotel voucher is valid for a single use and must be redeemed in full.
St Regis Bora Bora Resort terms:
- The hotel voucher is applicable for a 2-night stay for 2 people in a Run of House Villa, including daily breakfast and complimentary airport transfers.
- The hotel voucher is valid for travel until 21 April 2027 and must be presented upon check-in. Date must be booked in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The hotel voucher is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. Contact the hotel for specific dates.
Coral Sea Resort Airlie Beach terms:
- The hotel voucher is applicable for a 4-night stay for 2 people in an Ocean Twin Room.
- The hotel voucher is valid for travel until 30 June 2027 and must be presented upon check-in. Date must be booked in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The hotel voucher is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply during school holidays. Contact the hotel for specific dates.
Chateau Royal Beach Resort & Spa Noumea terms:
- The hotel voucher is applicable for a 4-night stay for 2 people in a Superior 1 bedroom suite or for 4 people in a Superior 2 bedroom Suite.
- The hotel voucher is valid for travel until 30 June 2027 and must be presented upon check-in. Date must be booked in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The hotel voucher is subject to availability outside the following blackout period: 19 December 2026 – 10 January 2027.
- The hotel voucher is not refundable.
Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa terms:
- The hotel voucher is applicable for a 2-night stay for 2 people in a Garden Bungalow with Private Pool, including daily breakfast.
- The hotel voucher is valid for travel until 16 April 2027 and must be presented upon check-in. Date must be booked in advance to confirm the reservation.
- The hotel voucher is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply during holiday periods, public holidays, and long weekends. Contact the hotel for specific dates.
Trip.com Gift Card terms:
- Prize Winners will receive an email containing an electronic gift card with a gift card pin.
- Winners can redeem their gift card directly on the Trip.com website or app at checkout (or add the gift card to your account first by selecting “Manage my account”, then “Gift cards” and entering the details). Enter the gift card code and pin during the payment step of completing a booking (or select the previously saved gift card).
- Any remaining balance stays on the card for use on future eligible purchases. For costs exceeding the gift card value, payment information can be provided at checkout to cover the difference.
- The gift card must be used before the 30 June 2029 expiry date.
- The gift cards will be issued in AUD. When a gift card is used to pay for products or services priced in a different currency to the currency, the amount deducted from the payment for the products/services shall be determined by a currency conversion conducted with the then applicable exchange rate. This will be displayed to the card holder before the deduction is applied.
- In the event of cancellation of a travel product or service booking that has been purchased using a gift card, the refund rules applicable to that booking shall apply and any refund of any amount paid via the gift card shall be refunded to the gift card.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Trip Coins cannot be earned on bookings paid for with gift cards.
- Trip.com’s Gift card terms and conditions apply to any bookings made using a gift card.
Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® terms:
- Prize Winners will be sent an email with an activation code and instructions on how to access their Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.
- The winner downloads and opens the Vault Payment Solutions app, enters their mobile number and the activation code (contained in email). The winner then adds the Mastercard to their mobile wallet. Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercards can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
- Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® are not included and the winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to download and activate the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® – no physical gift card will be provided.
- The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® any unused balance will be forfeited, no notice will be provided prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in the Vault Payments app.
- The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard.
- Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated.
- The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® is issued by Vault Payment Solutions Group Pty Ltd pursuant to an intermediary authorisation between Vault and Flexewallet Pty Ltd AFSL 448066. See www.vaultps.com.au/terms for terms and conditions.
Prize Draw
- The draw will take place at 12pm on Thursday 25 June 2026 (the Draw Date) at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
- The Prize Draw will take place in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The independent scrutineer will not be associated with the Promoter or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
- The first five valid entries drawn will win the First to Fifth Prizes respectively in the order they are drawn.
- The next 100 valid entries drawn will win a Sixth Prize.
How winners will be notified
- First through Fifth Prize winners will be notified by phone call or email using the contact details on their Linkt account within 7 business days of the Draw Date. Winners must confirm acceptance of their Prize during the phone call or by reply email.
- Sixth Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account within 7 business days of the Draw Date.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact all Prize winners.
- First through Fifth Prize winners’ initial of their first name, surname and postcode will be published at www.linkt.com.au/ultimate-trip-giveaway by Tuesday 21 July 2026 for a minimum of 28 days.
Second Chance Draw
- Subject to applicable law, in the event that:
- a Prize winner cannot be identified or contacted on or before 5pm on Thursday 2 July 2026, despite all reasonable attempts to do so by the Promoter; or
- a Prize is unclaimed by that time for any other reason whatsoever (including because the winner has forfeited their right to the Prize, the winner does not accept and claim the Prize in accordance with paragraph 30, the winner or the winning entry does not comply with these Terms, or otherwise),
the Promoter will conduct a Second Chance Draw in order to determine a second chance winner (Second Chance Winner) for each unclaimed Prize. The Second Chance Draw will be conducted in the same manner as the original Prize Draw (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
- If required, a Second Chance Draw will take place at 12pm on Tuesday 7 July 2026 at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
- The Second Chance Draw will take place in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The independent scrutineer will not be associated with the Promoter or otherwise involved in the conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
- Second Chance Winners will be notified within 7 business days of the Second Chance Draw Date.
- If after the Second Chance Draw any Prize remains unclaimed for any reason, the Promoter may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
- The decision of the Promoter is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
Personal information
- Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion), for promotional purposes surrounding the Promotion, and as otherwise set out in the Terms.
- Prize winners’ first name, last name, email and mobile number may be disclosed to Trip.com and VML for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
- Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
- Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
- By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the entrants.
Governing law
- The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or a winner; (f) participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prize by an Entrant or a winner; (g) the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Promotion; or (h) cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
