Europcar Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is promoted by Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd (ABN 86 010 630 921) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by CLA Trading Pty Ltd (ACN 082 220 399) of 189 South Centre Road, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043 (“Europcar”).
  2. The term of the Offer remains open until withdrawn by Europcar or Linkt ("Offer Period"). Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal or expiry of the Offer Period by providing prior notice on its website, in its App(s) or through an email to its customers.
  3. An ongoing discount on rental car bookings will be made available to individuals as determined by Europcar and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 6 below. 
  4. The following Offers will be made available during the Offer Period for redemption on Europcar rental car and truck bookings within Australia and New Zealand:
    1. 20% off the base rate for car and truck rental bookings outside nominated school holiday periods.
    2. 15% off the base rate for car and truck rental bookings during nominated school holiday periods. Nominated school holiday periods are: 25 June – 17 July 2026 and 17 September – 5 October 2026.
  5. The following Offer will be made available during the Offer Period for redemption on Europcar rental car and truck bookings outside Australia and New Zealand: 
    1. 15% off the base rate for car and truck rental bookings with no block out periods. 
  6. Exceptions: “Base rate” means the price charged by Europcar for the length of the booking and the kilometres travelled. As such, the discount excludes Premium Location Surcharge, License & Admin Fees, GST, compulsory fees (such as a One Way Fee) or optional extras (such as GPS or child seats) (these terms are defined on the Europcar website). The relevant discounts are strictly applied to the published retail rates from Europcar and not applicable to any other rate products, such as negotiated corporate rates. Additionally, the applicable discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discounted offer.
  7. From time to time Europcar may make available limited time promotions with greater discount or other benefits which will have additional conditions (“Additional Offers”). Linkt will publish details of Additional Offers on the Linkt website and the Linkt App. Linkt may also email you with details of the Additional Offer(s) if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from Linkt. Additional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  8. To receive the Offer, you must:
    1. agree to these terms and conditions;
    2. be a Linkt Rewards Program member with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended);
    3. consent to Europcar sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Europcar website; and
    4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.
  9. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period:
    1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App and navigate to the Europcar rental car discount offer under “Linkt Rewards”
    2. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Europcar to Linkt and receive marketing communications from Linkt;
    3. Click on:
      1. The “Book online” button which will redirect you to the offer landing page on the Europcar website;
      2. Search for the location and date for the car rental booking you wish to make, and a list of options will appear; 
      3. Select the option that you wish to book; 
      4. Enter your personal details and payment information and complete the booking through Europcar; and
      5. The applicable discount will automatically be applied to your booking, subject to the Exceptions outlined above.
  10. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Book online” link via your account in the Linkt App.
  11. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  12. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer.
  13. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  15. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Queensland, Australia.
  16. The following Additional Offer will be made available as determined by Europcar and Linkt between 10:00am 27/05/26 and 4:00pm 1/07/26 (Additional Offer Period) for redemption on Europcar rental car and truck bookings:  
    1. 25% off the base rate for standard car and truck rental bookings in Australia and New Zealand outside nominated school holiday periods*^ (see clause 4b) and during the pick up period: 27 May 2026 – 18 December 2026.
    2. *Excludes bookings made for pick up during the following school holiday period: 25 June 2026 – 17 July 2026 and 17 September 2026 – 5 October 2026.
    3. ^For any bookings made between the school holiday period of 25 June 2026 – 17 July 2026 and 17 September 2026 – 5 October 2026, a 15% discount will be applied upon booking to the base rate for car and truck rental bookings.  
    4. Vehicles subject to availability and vehicle inclusions are subject to change.
    5. This Additional Offer is valid for a discount on the base rate only (being the price charged by Europcar for the length of the booking and the kilometres travelled), and excludes Premium Location Surcharge, License & Administration Fees, GST, compulsory fees (such as a One Way Fee) and optional extras (such as GPS or child seats). 
    6. This Additional Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
