West Gate Tunnel Trip Offer – Terms and Conditions
This offer (“Offer”) is promoted by CityLink Melbourne Limited (“CityLink”) and fulfilled by Transurban Limited (“Transurban”).
Selected Linkt customers who complete one (1) trip on the West Gate Tunnel during the Offer Period will receive a $5 toll credit to their Linkt account. Travel must occur within the Offer Period commencing 12:00am Monday 18 May 2026 and ending 11:59pm Sunday 31 May 2026. No toll credits are available under this Offer for trips taken on EastLink or any other toll road.
To be eligible to receive the Offer, you must:
activate the offer via email
make one (1) trip on the West Gate Tunnel during the Offer Period.
be the primary account holder of an active consumer Victorian Linkt Prepaid or Postpaid account;
be ‘opted-in’ to receive marketing and promotional communications from Linkt as of 18 May 2026; and
have no overdue toll invoices against any vehicle on the account at anytime during the Offer period.
Linkt reserves the right to determine eligibility for this Offer and correct any errors in toll credit allocation. Toll credits will be applied to eligible accounts within two (2) weeks of the end of the Offer Period and are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. This offer is specifically for vehicles registered to your Linkt account, and is not available for vehicles on other accounts.
Linkt used information about your travel patterns to assess your eligibility for this Offer. If you activate this Offer, Linkt will also use information about your travel on West Gate Tunnel to calculate any toll credits you are entitled to pursuant to this Offer. Linkt handles your personal information in accordance with the Transurban Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Transurban Privacy Policy for: (a) more information about how we handle your personal information, (b) how you can access and correct personal information we hold about you, and (c) how to make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkt, Transurban and their associated companies are not liable (whether in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise) for any loss (including consequential loss or loss of profit), damage or expense that you incur arising directly or indirectly from your participation in this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Linkt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any significant changes communicated via the Linkt app and email.
You are receiving this Offer because you are opted in to receive Linkt marketing and have been identified as potentially eligible to receive toll credits pursuant to this Offer. If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications from Linkt visit our Subscription Centre.
If you activate this Offer and do not contact us, Linkt will consider you to have read, understood and agreed to this Offer, and these Terms and Conditions.
