+ General

  1. Name of Promotion

    Linkt Rewards x Bridge to Brisbane (Promotion)

  2. Promoter

    The promoter of this Promotion is Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410) of Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, 03 8656 8900, operating under the brand Linkt (Promoter). Linkt is a trademark of Transurban Limited (ABN 96 098 143 410).

  3. Promotion Period

    The Promotion commences at 10:00am AEDT, Friday 24 April 2026 and closes at 4:00pm AEDT, Friday 31 July 2026 (Promotion Period) unless the ticket discount allocation is exhausted, event entry tickets are sold out prior, or withdrawn by the Promoter.

+ Promotion details

  1. The Promotion includes:
    1. a 10% discount on event registrations for the Bridge to Brisbane 2026 event (Offer); and
    2. entry into a competition to win entry to the Transurban VIP Finish Village Marquee at the Bridge to Brisbane event (Competition).

10% discount on Bridge to Brisbane 2026 event registration

  1. A 10% discount on event registration for the Bridge to Brisbane 2026 event will be made available to eligible individuals (as set out in clause 11 who follow the redemption steps in clause 14 and as determined by the Promoter (Offer)).
  2. The Offer is subject to availability as event registrations may sell out before the Promotion Period ends.
  3. The Offer is not transferable.
  4. Subject to the availability of event registrations, an eligible individual can redeem the Offer up to six times during the Promotion Period to purchase up to six event registrations across one or multiple transactions.

Competition to win entry to the Transurban VIP Tent

  1. There are 200 prizes available for a total value of $9,800 consisting of:
    1. 200 x $49 Transurban VIP Tent tickets (Prize). Each Prize includes:
      1. Exclusive access to the Transurban Bridge to Brisbane finish village VIP marquee on Sunday 13 September 2026 between 6:30am and 11:30am for themselves and any additional entrants the winner registered as part of their race registration (up to five additional attendees).
      2. Complimentary Breakfast including food, tea, coffee and juice.
        1. Vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free dietary options will be available.
        2. Complimentary Breakfast is subject to availability and may not be available for the entire duration of the VIP marquee opening hours.
  2. Eligible individuals (as set out in clause 15) who follow the entry steps in clause 17 may enter in the draw to win the Prize.

+ Who is eligible for the Offer

  1. Eligible individuals for the Offer must be:
    1. 18 years of age or older;
    2. a primary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid account;
    3. a resident of Queensland (as stated on the Linkt account); and
    4. a Linkt Rewards member.
  2. The following individuals are ineligible for this Offer:
    1. Linkt Commercial account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental account holders;
    2. Linkt Pass holders;
    3. directors and management of the Promoter;
    4. retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address and any other information from any entrant or winner relevant to entry into, or participation in, the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

+ How to redeem the Offer

  1. To redeem the Offer, an eligible individual must, during the Promotion Period:
    1. log in to their Linkt account using the Linkt app;
    2. navigate to the ‘Rewards’ tab in the Linkt app;
    3. if they have not already, join ‘Linkt Rewards’ and accept the Linkt Rewards Membership terms and conditions;
    4. navigate to the “Bridge to Brisbane” Offer and:
      1. copy the unique discount code shown on the screen;
      2. agree to these terms and conditions;
      3. click on the “Register now” button which will redirect the eligible individual to the Bridge to Brisbane website; then
    5. on the Bridge to Brisbane website, proceed with the following steps:
      1. Click “Enter now” to Register for 2026 Bridge to Brisbane and enter their personal details;
      2. acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the 2026 Bridge to Brisbane Terms and Conditions;
      3. enter their unique discount code obtained from the Linkt app; and
      4. enter payment information to complete the payment process.

+ Who is eligible for the Competition

  1. To enter the Competition draw, eligible individuals must:
    1. be 18 years of age or older;
    2. be a primary account holder of an active consumer Linkt Tag, Tagless, Prepaid or Postpaid account;
    3. be a resident of Queensland (as stated on the Linkt account);
    4. be a Linkt Rewards member; and
    5. be opted in to receive Linkt promotional communications at the time of the Draw Date (see clause18).
  2. The following individuals are ineligible for the Competition:
    1. Linkt Commercial account holders or Linkt Commercial Rental account holders;
    2. Linkt Pass holders;
    3. directors and management of the Promoter;
    4. officers, employees, and contingent workers of the Promoter, Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd and Sydney Motorway Corporation Pty Ltd; and/or
    5. retailers, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies of the Promoter who are associated with this Promotion, and their directors, management and employees.

+ How to enter the Competition

  1. To enter into the Competition, eligible individuals must:
    1. have successfully redeemed the Offer as set out in clause 14; and
    2. tick the box on the “Bridge to Brisbane” offer screen in the Linkt app to enter into the Competition draw and acknowledge that they’ve read and accepted these terms and conditions.
  2. To opt out of the draw for the Competition, tick the box that states “I have read and agree to the offer terms and conditions but do not wish to enter the competition.”
  3. Limit on number of entries

    An eligible individual can only enter the Competition draw once. If an eligible individual has purchased multiple registrations for the Bridge to Brisbane 2026 using the Offer code, they are eligible to win one Prize per registered participant, up to a maxumum of six registrations in total. For example, if an eligible individual registers six people using the Offer code, that person is eligible to win six Prizes. Eligible individuals can redeem the offer up to 6 times in one or multiple transactions.

  4. An entry must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period, or it will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
  5. The Promoter takes no responsibility should a person not have the software, hardware or mobile plan that permits access to, and use of, the method of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the internet, downloading data on a mobile device, or using any device to access and use the method of entry is the sole responsibility of the Entrant and is dependent on the Internet/mobile service provider used.

+ Competition Draw

  1. The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 4 August 2026 (the Draw Date) at Transurban Limited, Tower Five, Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
  2. On the Draw Date, a winner will be randomly drawn by an electronic draw process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The first up to 200 valid entries drawn will win a Prize, up to a maximum of 200 Prizes. It may not be 200 separate entries drawn as one entry could win 4 Prizes A Prize winner will receive the number of Prizes that correlates with the number of race registrations purchased in the winning transaction. For example, if a Prize winner had registered six race participants in the one transaction using the Offer code, that person will win six Prizes for each race participant, subject to availability based on the total Prize limit.

+ How the winner will be notified

  1. Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account in the week commencing 24 August 2026.
  2. If a Prize winner contacts the Promoter to refuse acceptance of a Prize, the Promoter will conduct a second chance draw at 12pm on 27 August 2026 at the same place and in the same manner as the first draw. Any second chance draw winners will be notified by email using the email address on their Linkt account in the week commencing 31 August 2026.

+ Prize Terms

  1. If a Prize winner ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions after entering the Promotion and before the Prize is delivered, the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
  2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Prize values are:
    1. in Australian dollars; and
    2. based on the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions and the ultimate prize redemption date.
  3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise advised. If a Prize or any element of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize, or an element of that Prize, another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  4. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  5. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
    1. any late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications; or
    2. any internet traffic congestion or problems with, or technical malfunction of, any hardware or software, including but not limited to any damage to the hardware or software of any Entrant or other persons related to participation in the Promotion.
  6. Entrants must not:
    1. tamper with the entry process;
    2. engage in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
    3. use multiple aliases, email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box addresses and/or SIM cards to register multiple qualifying accounts or use any form of software or third-party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) except where expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions; and
    4. engage in conduct in entering the Promotion which, in the opinion of Promoter, is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing false information, failing to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with the Promotion.
  8. Entries remain the property of the Promoter.

+ Personal information

  1. When you make a purchase for 2026 Bridge to Brisbane event registration using your Linkt Rewards discount code, personal information and purchase details will be collected by Gold Coast Events Management Ltd trading as Events Management Queensland and shared with the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
  2. Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.
  3. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter via email at privacy@transurban.com or phone at 13 33 31.
  4. By entering the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood how their information will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and that this use and disclosure will be without any further reference or payment to the Entrants.

Governing law

  1. The agreement which comes into force under these Terms is governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws in force in Queensland and the Promoter and any consumer who participates in the Promotion submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, and the performance or subject matter of the Promotion.

+ Limitation of liability

  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared), state of emergency, disaster, technical failures, security breaches, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, computer viruses or other events beyond the Promoter’s control which affect the proper or reasonably anticipated conduct or administration of the Promotion, or prevent the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. If such an event occurs, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  2. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under any legislation in Australia. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where such injury, loss or damage arises out of:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. any entry or Prize claim that is lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. any variation in the Prize value to that stated in these Terms;
    5. any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or a winner;
    6. participation in the Promotion or any component of the Prize by an Entrant or a winner;
    7. the conduct, act or omission of any service provider or prize supplier associated with the Promotion; or
    8. cancellation or postponement of any portion of the Prize for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
